I'm really disappointed with the overly exposed cleavage, not to mention the unnecessarily large bust itself. So since this isn't Mileena, are people still going to defend the design of the female characters or just finally admit the truth?

I am actually getting used to her new looks, though there should definately be a few tweaks here and there to make her outfit look more 'proper', so to speak. I don't mind cleavage, but I have never seen Kitana as a cleavage girl, and I would also like there to be a cloth covering her behind.

It's not Kitana-esque, and females are overly sexualized in video games. Problem? The main demographic for videogames are males, specifically teenage/young adult males, and what do they want to see? Sexy virtual chicks.

If Kitana and Mileena are biologically similar, then it makes sense they'd have the same breast size. I would have given Kitana a little more covering myself, but at the end of the day, Edenians just don't like to wear much clothing.

They're boobs. You'll live. I doubt no one is going to not buy the game or not play as Kitana because she doesn't have mosquito bites. Everyone's always going to find something to nitpick about. If you want her to look like a princess, give her a dress. But then people will complain it's not practical Or perhaps give her Arabian/Persian flowing type pants, but then people will complain it's too far from her original design. I think it's more so culture than genetics. It's true that no edenian in a Mortal Kombat game has ever worn too much clothing. I personally think it looks awesome and the stronger design on her outfit fits her perfectly

I think that her overall look is solid, but I don't like that she has the arabian style cloth. That's Mileena's style. I dig the boots, but come on... What's up with the comical, floatation device stripper boobs? I actually think that her face/mask/hair are the coolest looking part. They did all of that really well.

Well, it's a speculative issue. Clones typically have the same DNA, but since Mileena's part Tarkatan, that clouds the problem. Perhaps Shang Tsung took a regular female Tarkatan and just did so much cutting work to the point where it looked like another Kitana, but no one can say for sure. What is certain is that Kitana and Mileena, for the most part, are suppose to look almost identical. If Kitana had significantly smaller breasts, I'd be scratching my head.

As for Kitana looking like a whore, are we saying in general, or are we saying in comparison to her past designs? Cause this isn't really a huge departure compared to her recent costumes. The pattern for Edenian clothing has always been revealing. Granted, she shouldn't be as revealing as Mileena, and for the most part, she isn't.

Not trying to bash your views Crow but would you honestly want to play as a female character that looked similar to Ruffus from Street Fighter 4?

I honestly don't think it's such a big deal. Video games are notorious with over the top costumes. The game is rated M as well so it is geared towards an adult audience. There is no full on nudity in the game. I really don't see what the big deal is that she has an over-sized bust?

It's ridiculous to say that there are only two types of female characters. Just because I would like a character that's dressed a little more realistically and has a more realistic anatomy doesn't mean I don't want attractive females in the game. Are you saying that because the game is rated M it has to be trashy? It just doesn't make any sense to me. You use the term "adults" like we're talking about adult entertainment, as in pornography. Adults can't be interested in well dressed characters?

The breasts actually aren't that big at all. So honestly, there's no reason to complain, period. Her breasts were bigger in MKDA.

I'm not the type to complain about sexualized female characters. But there is a thin line between harmless cheesecake and pointlessly gratuitous. Having Kitana wear a revealing outfit doesn't bother me as much as the laziness of this design.

Seriously, I know its a matter of opinion but she doesn't look bad. In the world of MK, Edenian's generally don't wear a lot of clothes. Its like complaining to Natural Geo that the African tribe ladies need to wear more clothes.

And at the end of the day, Millena looks sluttier so it all works out.
