Portrait of Woman Woman. I approached this image in a similar way Alex Ross approaches his paintings; Using a photo reference to obtain dynamic lightning information, but not being a complete slave to it. I really wanted to push colors with this one, so I spent a lot of time working on the colors as well as studying color theory in general. A tutorial on how I created this image will be featured in GoMotion magazine soon, so keep an eye out for that :)

Very good piece of work.
However, her facial expression makes her look old and unattractive.
This is digital right?

GhostDragon "Tis true my form is something odd, But blaming me is blaming God. Could I create myself anew, I would not fail in pleasing you. If I could reach from pole to pole, Or grasp the ocean with a span, I would be measured by the soul, The mind's the standard of the man."

Jesus...
WW has always been one of my top favorite comic book characters (Mr. Sinister and Ghost Rider as #1 & #3) and I just love what you've done here. It's just exceptionally well done artistically and the fact that it's WW makes me love it even more.
I'm looking into delving into color theory as I'm brushing up on my figure drawing at the moment and your tutorial will be a good reference for me to use. Do you work with Poser Pro as well?

Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment, always appreciated.
MKRocket: The inner thighs are definitely off. The legs gave me a lot of trouble in this one, not sure why. The kneecaps were off too before and I ended up repainting it. I might go back to this one when I improve my anatomy skills. Glad you like it regardless.
kingjolly: Yep, this is digital. Regarding her face, I was careful not to make it too 'plastic' looking. I prefer real faces, and real faces have flaws. It's an artistic choice that many might not agree with it it seems.
GhostDragon: Thank you. Seems you're a huge fan of the character, so it's great to hear I did her justice :) As for tutorials and such, I recommend all the Andrew Loomis books. As for Poser Pro, haven't had much experience with it. I prefer to use a site called PoseManiacs, which uses Poser models to help you better your anatomy skills. I HIGHLY recommend it:

Thanks again for the comments, and sorry for replying so late (been very busy to put it mildly).
