Does Adobe PhotoShop CS, make sigs? Or only userbars. See, i want a sig program but not GIMP. And a free one... Any suggestions?

You can try Paint.NET by downloading it over here. And you can look at these other programs over here as well.
And you can indeed make sigs and fanbars with photoshop.

The trial version of Photoshop can make sigs as well.

Man i tried Paint NET but it was so fucking confusing i didn't know what to do... Every time i try to get on Photoshop adobe it keeps saying install it and i already did 2 times...
