They have almost anything you could ask for when it comes to GIMP tutorials. That's my suggestion but I think that other people might know of other places that contain GIMP tutorials as well.

In this version I tried to go for a darker look like you asked but I wasn't able to to get the lightning to match in both Raidens. So I tried another version.


In this version I tried to go monotone to see if that would help create a better appearance for the sig.
