Wow !!!!

Wow yet again Aculeus you have amazed me.The blood down Raidens chest is amazing and the fine lines and delicate wrinkles are fanatic.The texture in the clothing is brilliant and the colour is to die for.A complaint though would be that Scorpions skull doesn't look to brilliant something about it seems to be off.The red background suits the situation perfectly...Overall not your best but you have a high standard work so...4.8/5

Aculeus, you again have amazed me with your beautiful work!! I love this Submission!! It looks like something that would come right out of an ending of a Mortal Kombat Game. You're an excellent artist, Raiden and Scorpion look fantastic in this. I love the dark feeling to this work of yours. The flames of the background are awesome, for this ending it was the perfect background to use. The detail you added is beautiful too, I love how well you have perfected the glowing eyes of Scorpion and Raiden, and also how great you have made them look battle-damaged. The terror in Raiden's face is awesome, you did a wonderful job on having Raiden look like he knows he is going to die. Also, I think it is super cool that Raiden is still controlling his lightning in his hands, as he is dying. Lastly, I love this ending you have created because even though Raiden is my favorite character, I hate the direction he is going in right now so if this were made a canon ending in the actual games, that would be awesome.

Aculeus, your work is cool, as always. I gave you 5, but just from personal preference, I think it would've been better if both Raiden and Scorpion had been in their MK: D primary outfits, as they're more armour-like and make more sense to wear on the battlefield, especially with how much power both of them are implied to having in that ending.

Dear lord....as a fellow artist, I can only hope to one day aspire to your detail and artistic skill, Aculeus.

Amazing. Everything is very well done. The only thing I would change would be Raiden's costume. He should be wearing his dark attire, not light. Still, this is excellent. 5/5.

Awesome. Just awesome. Scorpion looks so badass, Raiden looks so frightened by the fact of dieing. It looks so professional, like a real bio that Midway might have created. The background colors match the scene perfectly. But of course, this bio is coming from Aculeus, one of the best artists MKO has ever seen. So it's definitely gonna be a 5/5.

That's actually a very interesting idea. Not only that but the detail is great. It really captures the story that you were conveying. Never ceasing to amaze.

I believe that is his Dark Alternate costume if i'm not mistaken. Or at least some sort of variation of his Dark costume.

It has been a long time since I've seen some of your work posted here and I must say that the wait was worth it. The entire piece has just a raw feel to it which screams Mortal Kombat. From the textures in the armor, to the blood on Raiden's chest. The color pallete is dark, but not bland and it the whole piece just has that feeling of finality, that makes you go "Yeah, this is it. It's over."

I like the skin tone you've given Scorpion as well. Instead of his normal flesh, you gave him a more appropriate grey-ish brown which really shows strengthens the point that he isn't exactly among the living.

I really appreciate everybody's comments... thanks you guys!! I may actually end up making this into a 3 or 4 part series. The later parts would delve more deeply into things like Earthrealm's new protector, Scorpion's deal with the Elders and the fate of Raiden's spirit. It all depends on my schedule and how much MK time I can squeeze in.

P.S. For all the Raiden fanboys who quietly gave this piece 0 DP's because I killed your precious thunder god, I gotta say... I'm a little disappointed. I thought you guys would have pulled both triggers on me with a verbal barrage of how impossible this fic is... or how this is just a sad reminder of where MK is "going". Oh well, maybe next time.

It had to be Scorpion for this pic. Contrary to seasoned MK fan etiquette, Scorpion is and has always been my fav. I guess it's because I choose to see past the uninspired story he has (like most MK characters) and see the potential instead. Let's face it, the storylines are as weak as baby-poop. Scorpion's is pretty much in line with the rest, it's just had more time to stagnate.
