Maybe one of the gods of MKO will noticed that this had been bumped and close this thread.

Given the fact that extreme bumping is allowed in fan submission, I doubt that will happen.

I respect your admiration for Raiden, Christopher Lambert, Jeff Meek etc. because I feel the same way about Scorpion (except for his depictions on Conquest and in the movies, which I hate). However, unless a piece of fan art involves pornography or some other inappropriate subject matter, it should NEVER be closed. Ultimately, that would be a form of censorship. I expect much, much more than that from MKO.



When I made this image, there were a lot of discussions on this site regarding the "improvement" of MK. These discussions usually involved the same people who invariably regarded Raiden's superiority over other characters... their personal opinion... as an excepted truth and that the other, dumbed-down characters like Scorpion should be discarded from the series. Needless to say, this outlook is asinine and extremely narrow-minded. The whole thing bugged me, so I made this picture.

Like Raiden, many people seem to think they know what's best for everyone... and it's never good. Like it or not, ALL characters on the roster have something important to bring to the table...except for maybe Mokap.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen him post in a long time.
Also, I'm pretty sure the "no bumping if it's older than three months" rule doesn't apply to fan art. Because, y'know, a good picture is always worth seeing.

That's a shame he is a really good artist. Maybe he'll come back one day. One can hope.

While the art is fantastic, the story really caught my attention.
