Look: long, regal looking robe, along with a hood (think shadow priests) with a black and white hypnotizing design.

Powers: he would have three special moves

Hypnotize: would be him waving his hands in front of his opponents face (a magic dust would shoot from his hands into the face of the opponent), while saying SLEEP in a very sinister way. This would cause his opponent to stand in a trance like state for a short period of time (a free hit type of move)

Illusion: an illusion of his opponent would appear and attack his opponent with his/her special move. (ex. if he was fighting scorpion an illusion of scorpion would appear and deliver a backflip kick to the real scorpion)

He would have a teleport type move for his final special move.


Bio: Haven't really thought of one yet.

Fatalities:
1: He would hypnotize his opponent, say KILL (one again in a sinister way) and have them kill themselves.
2: He would create an illusion of a grotesque creature/demon that would maliciously kill and mame his opponent.

Then out of no where Shang Sung and Quan Chi came to our village and anniahlated it, and my guardian.............I was ferios and swore to kill both of the evil cowards!

ok,i think they should make reptile,rain and smoke more like ninjas. istead of there newer apperinces.smokes alternat costume should be the robot form. reptiles should be the more reptilian form. i also think they should include all the charectors of all the previus games.as they forgot some in armagedon.they should also bring in animalities and take out the new fatality system.i prever having a distingtive fatality for each charector instead of mixing and maching your own.and if u read the endings of the armagedon charectors,some change dramatically.as when noob beats blaze he fights sub-zero creating a new being. they should make him an all new charector instead of taking out sub-zere and noob saibot.but if the charector is only stronger or has some new ablilitys they shouldnt create an all new charector for thatjust change there apperence a little maybe.i also think that they should give cyrax his net back.

Destroyer: His Strongest move, He charges up and whoever is near him gets struck by an invisible force.

Fatality: Takes his Giant Cross Blade out and Cuts of the head, arms, and legs of the opponent. He then jumps and impales the cross blade into the dead opponents fallen torso and does his victory pose afterwards.

Description: a young male scientist, with modern glasses, and a cybernetic glove on his left arm. He has a white lab coat, and wears and black shirt and pants with dress shoes.

Bio: Samuel is an evil scientist that was born in Earthrealm and raised in Chaosrealm. He grew up loving to cross-breed creatures and to make new beasts of destruction. He defies the laws, and goes up against whomever he pleases. Besides being downright smart, and evil, he is also very observant in battle. He might not lift a finger during a match, and allow his creations to do his fighting, he watches his opponent slowly and observes their strengths and weaknesses. He promises to be a feared name across the lands, just like how Kahn was.

enemies: Mitsurugi, and whoever stands in his path to power.

Weapon: A 7'2" Killing machine, he calls project 1, Kincaid.

hi, like your idea, i would like to see a couple of re-mastered kharacters, like kabal, who is not really a favourate of mine, but alot could be done to improve him. Reptile is one of my faves so id like to see him, back to the classic look. but heres my new kharacters:

Sabre: Nightwolfs alter ego, escaped from nightwolfs body during his last tornument, and en snared under the emporers power. his mission to hunt down the mortals in earth realm and collect enough souls to ressurect shang tsungs power.

titan: an ancient being from earth realm, re-born from raidens powers, a massive creature, armed with a huge battle axe, and capable of all of earthrealms wrath. able spawn any earthrealm kharacter past and present, to help him in fight against outworlds armies.

Appearance:
Arsenia's hair is tied back with a yellow-brown ribbon at the top and back of her head and the rest of her thick wavy hair falls behind her hanging off her shoulders and reaches the bottom of her back. imagine a girl with eyebrows the same medium thickness through out above big brown eyes. Smallish lips.

In the form of Octavia, her hair has two thin straight bangs going down the sides of her face, and kind of high in the top and a long pony tail down to her waste tied in the center of the tail at about the center of her back with a yellow-brown ribbon. Her hair is straight, thick and light brown. Thin eyebrows and a stern look with dark brown eyes.

They have the same features that mother's and daughter's share, but it's clear to tell them apart.


Fighting Style:Arsenia uses the art of Mitzu Defense the use of hands and arm movement. She is sufficient in counters, parries, crushes and sabakis. she lacks in speed and power.
In the form of Octavia, Arsenia uses the art of Mitzu Aggression, which uses powerful leg strikes and multiple leg offensive movements.

Special Moves:

Shapeshift: A move that Arsenia uses in both the form of herself and Octavia to switch to the form of the other person. Recovery time is quick, but not too quick.

(Arsenia) Light teleport parry: used as a defensive move, when countering a middle punch or kick, she teleports and falls from the top of a screen with a punch or a kick of her own depending on what button the player presses.

(Octavia) Sapphire stone: She tosses up a blue gem and holds it up as a huge thick blue smoggy mist ascends from the ground where the opponent stand and freezes them in a giant blue shining stone allowing a free hit.

(Octavia) Kick of death: A slow kick that emits a blue projectile. If the opponent is close to the kick, they are launched and lit up by blue energy.


Story:A rebellious team of skilled warriors felt as if it was their duty to finally overrun Shao Kahn. The leader of the assault team was Octavia, a Mitzu champion, an aggressive and offensive rebellion general, and my mother. The attack on shao Kahn's fortress was perhaps one of the most successful, but her militia was lacking defense and logical thinking. My mother failed to assassinate Shao Kahn and was decimated by a Shokan division lead by the warrior Sheeva. My mother's plan was to be abundant in offensive movements, however, they were no match for the aggression shown by Sheeva and her division.

Alt Story: I was an infant when my mother was Killed by Sheeva and it was my mother's wishes for me to avenge her and to be the assassin who killed Shao Kahn, and it was the elder Gods who granted her wish. At a young age I began seeing my mother's visions, I learned from her mistakes, and I realized the key to success. It would be a repitition in history when a second assault on Shao Kahn's fortress would occur, only this time, we would be twice as powerful...



Conclusion : Basically when using Arsenia, you can shape-shift into her alternate personality, Octavia. Arsenia used defenisive moves and Octavia uses offensive moves. It's like a two-in-one character. Not really like Noob-Smoke, more like Zelda in Super Smash Brothers.
