Dude, That's too many different characters. Don't take me wrong here I'm just being straight up with you. I might do a sig or something with multiples of maybe 2 or 3 different characters but what you're asking for is just too much.
For one, all the costumes you want aren't already cutout. (Too much work) And for two, 12 Characters!!? wow.(Too much work) The "white" background you asked for should be "transparent". Otherwise, you might just be setting yourself up for frustration.....Trust me man, I did this too.
Check page like 93 in this thread. I started out with a request that was similar in size and work as yours. I was adviced to seek out programs and ways to just make my own from scratch by BombsNFist. He's an excellent advisor for these things and an awsome art maker (sigs, avy's, and otherwise)
Please at least consider my advise now and either "dumb" down your request (alot) or look in the "Programs" thread stickied in this forum. You'll find questions and answers to just about everything you need to do these "huge" request for yourself. If not, feel free to IM someone with a specific question.

If you think about it like weight lifting, I'm trying to see what my "max" is. I also wanna get good at these, because I have some things offline I'm tinkering with that are for people.
I figured if I do a bunch of these for people that can't see or come to me, then I might be able to start a small business out of it in the near future. This just worked out as an effective "trial and error" place for me in real time. Real request, Real people. Y'know?

Man make as many signitures as you want its just absoloutely great to see how you improve signiture after signiture. Please please keep on making, you will get better and better man. By no means lay back because of me im happy to have more companions on here. I stress that you are doing really good in your signitures!

i know, i know, i knew it was probably too many chars but... meh... and dont worry about the white background thing, i woulda been able to do it... well, I'll take out a few characters... um... ill take out the 3 on each end...:
Mavado, Quan, Tsung, Reptile, Ermac and.. um... replace kano with blaze so blaze is out...
that leaves: Cage, kabal, Mokap, Kano, Sub, Scorp, and noob
and if thats still too much (which it prolly is... take out noob and mokap and put kano in noobs place...
is that better? if so can u (or anyone else) please make it for me... if not, tell me...
