If you barely develop your character, then why would NRS do it? When it comes down to it, Khrome is just another ninja. They have plenty of them already. What YOU need to do is make him an interesting character. I have seen far more interesting fan made MK characters who also have interesting stories. If you do not care about his story, then no one else would care also.

Also how more detailed do I need to explain? He grabs opponent at mouth, secretes noxious gas from same hand. Opponent is now dizzy. Does that sound clear yet?
Attacking Khrome causes pieces of metal to fall off Khrome. He magnetizes those pieces to come back to him for healing, damaging the opponent if they are in the way. If the enemy attacks Khrome while he heals, he loses more health

Yes Chimera I understand the way u would use Chromium, but I want to know how Riyakou would use it, because he seems to be knowledgeable on the subject.

Dude, Riyakou gave ideas on what Khrome could do. YOU were the one who was supposed to expand on it (which is what I did). Why you? Because Khrome is YOUR character! You are the one who was supposed to expand on him, give him specials, make him a damn good story. Otherwise, he is just fan art of an obscure MK character. I don't even consider him a real character because he was just an "accident" in the factory. And I have seen MANY better fan arts of fan made characters who even have a story
