I don't know why but the way Lui Kang head is facing doesn't resemble the angle of his body.

i tried to make it look like the guy kneeling got kicked in the side of the head, turning it, then it snaps off

Why can't MK8 be this instead?

At first glance I thought the entire picture was boring and bland. Then upon closer inspection I realized that I love everything about the picture except for the guy who is kicking. He just seems so boring to me. The decapitation looks great and so does the background. I love the angle that it is in.

I do agree the guy in the foreground is pretty boring, i suppose the only reason for that is because i was trying to create very generic characters to bring back a more human feel for their design. The 3d work in MKDA - MKA has been really cartoonish and i felt took away from the gruesomeness of the game.

also I have much better looking versions on my hard drive, but the quality kinda took a beating when compressed for submission. JPEGS suck.
