I really like your idea of Frost. Her outfit is original and well done. Love the hair style and the effects you put into it. The colour shading is really good too. I like how controlled it is. I'd like to see something like this if she's in the next game.

Her boobs are way too big though. I know it's tempting, because big boobs are awesome, but she would really look less bulky and more ninja-ish, and the costume would suit her much better if she didn't have double Ds.

I don't see what the fuss is, Frost DOES have huge breasts in the game. She just usually wears tighter tops.

Speaking of which, I like this design, especially the hair. But it does seem a little baggy and low-detail, compared to her past attires. She usually wears tight, leathery stuff that's just completely covered in textures and swirly, complicated shapes that look like steam and snowflakes. I wouldn't wanna draw all that stuff either, pain in the ass...just saying, that seems to be her style.

Other than that though, it's good art, good craftsmanship. I dig it.

I like it, she looks sexy. Nice work on the detail of the hair, coloring, and effects.
Oh and speaking of the breasts, I think they are too low down...the area above them like the breastbone area seems too big....they need to be a bit up closer, right below her armpits/shoulder area.

Because this is fan art. Frost's bust size in the game doesn't really have any bearing on this whatsoever. He changed her hair, so obviously he could have further changed her as well and that's what most are commenting on. It's no real secret Mortal Kombat females (and fighting females in general) are given overly large breast for no reason, that would actually hinder them in a real fight.

Personally, I like fan art to look like the character, and this character has a big chest, so I appreciate the accuracy. It's not like he changed her hair that much, it's still frozen blue, after all. It's just a new style, and I do like it.
But if you think changes to the body size and shape don't matter because it's just fan art, then logically, you must consider two things:
1) By the same token, I can say a video game doesn't need to be accurate to reality, so they can make the chicks' breasts as large as they want and who cares if that would be a hindrance in a "real fight", because in a REAL fight, people can't throw fireballs either.
And 2) Who are we to tell an artist how big to make the breasts if according to you, they're free to re-imagine the character any way they want because it's just fan art?

Nice concept! You made her look a little bit more like Sub-Zero, which is great! I'd love to see her in a game with this look. The hair I don't know about. Anyways, great job! 4.5/5
