Really? I was thinking Kabal, since he has a greater mastery of martial arts, whereas Flash just runs fast.

In a straight up fist fight...yes i think Kabal would kick his ass.
The thing about Flash is that he's so fast that he could kill a person (though he's a good guy, he won't kill) by just running circles around them...mixing up all their inner molecules and such.
Flash is a very under-rated and dangerous super hero...trust me, he does more than just run fast. It's a great fight none the less, Kabal could possibly hold his own.

Orochimaru :
Much of Orochimaru's arsenal of abilities deals with snakes. By summoning them to his side during battle, Orochimaru can battle multiple opponents at once and simultaneously keep himself out of harm's way. Through his experimentations he has also been able to add some snake-like characteristics to his own body, such as shedding his body to escape injury or extending parts of his body to great lengths.] Of the more common of his snake-related abilities, Orochimaru possesses the Kusanagi sword, an extendable blade that he stores within a snake that is in turn stored in his own mouth. Though he can wield the sword regularly with great proficiency, it is not uncommon for him to use the sword without ever removing it from his mouth.
The influence snakes have had on Orochimaru is most evident in the results of his immortality research: after years of study and self-modifications, Orochimaru's "true" form has become that of a giant white snake that is composed of many smaller snakes. To live forever and escape death, Orochimaru first finds a new body that will act as his own. He then leaves the confines of the body he is inhabiting, revealing his true form. Once doing so, Orochimaru need only consume the new body and gain dominance over the soul of its current inhabitant, thus gaining complete control and access to all the body's unique abilities. While inhabiting this body, Orochimaru typically wears a mask of his original face, it being both his personal preference and easier for others to communicate with someone they recognize. Orochimaru can only perform this body-transfer once every three years, at which point in time weaker bodies begin to reject him and therefore necessitate he find a new body.

Quan-chi:
Quan Chi became the most powerful sorcerer and necromancer in the Netherrealm and a primary villain in the Mortal Kombat series. Quan Chi combines both cunning and brute force in his never ending plots to overtake not only Earthrealm, but all of reality. He is an opportunist and will ally himself with anyone who can help him further his own goals. He is notable in particular for his ruthlessness and pragmatism. His manipulating and deceptive nature has earned him several enemies, including Sub-Zero and most notably, the ninja spectre Scorpion, due to the fact that he destroyed Scorpion's entire family and clan. He previously formed a strong alliance with Shang Tsung and defeated earthrealm warrior Liu Kang.

Actually, he can if he goes TOO fast and enters the speed force....which is more or less another realm of existence(speed force) that he literally disappears from Earth/our world. Flash can also surpass and go faster thent he speed of light just so you guys know.

In the graphic novel "Kingdom Come," flash is the god of flash(or speed, he's a god none the less) and cane run so fast that he patrols one city by himself constantly. AND, he is so fast that he can move through different dimentions at will. He also can never stop moving...he's constantly vibrating.
No lie, Flash is a straight up G.

I'm actually inclined to go with Stryker. Hear me out. We don't know much about Stryker's level of martial arts knowledge, so this fight is merely speculation. Johnny Cage is the real deal, and while he may be Mortal Kombat's comedic relief, Cage could kill a man no worries.
That being said, I'd believe the same thing about Kurtis Stryker. Given that Stryker fights with his weaponry, I think a lot of the human characters would have a lot of hassle with him. I mean, seriously, Liu Kang can be Mortal Kombat's Champion all he wants, but if Stryker took out his weaponry, Kang best get the stepping.
Stryker is a very underrated character, in my opinion.
I'd just like to point out that Juggernaut did not get enough respect earlier in this thread. Do you know what Goro's fireballs would do to Juggernaut? Nothing. Juggernaut's strength goes beyond the physical into magical realms. He has the blessing of gods. He has a magic force-field around him which makes it so that physically fighting this man is the only way to beat him, and standing as big as he is, that's not always going to end well.
Juggernaut's strength is comparable to that of Thor -- the Norse Thunder God. Thor sent Galactus running for his life with his powers once, and shattered a celestial protective dome with the same technique. Juggernaut was unaffected by this move. When Cyclops got the power to blow a small planet in half with his powers, Juggernaut took the blast head-on, and smiled. There is no force on Earth that can stop The Juggernaut. All the planetary winds combined included.
This is an entity which can knock superheroes unconscious by clapping his hands near them. Juggernaut would give the most powerful characters in Mortal Kombat a fucking hard fight. Ermac could not just "fling Juggernaut away." Get off it.

This one is really complicated and an ongoing argument amongst me and my friends... here it is
THINK THIS THROUGH BEFORE YOU POST!
The Super Sayains GOKU AND VEGETA
VS
The Amazing Duo and Martial Arts Masters RYU AND KEN
I am a firm believer that Ryu and Ken would win this fight. And here's why...
Ok, ryu and ken come from a "controlled universe and environment," a video game. Believe it or not, but there ARE limits in making a video game and the characters that come with them...however, in an Anime, i feel anything goes. That's why Goku and Vegeta are so powerful...but for these four to fight, they're going to have to fight in a universe. We can't just assume that a new universe will be made for to fight...so we do assume that one team will have "home field advantage." If this is the case...then consider the possibilities. Lets say Goku and Vegeta go to the universe of Ryu and Ken...the Sayins are fucked, not only are their powers toned down, but it takes away their ability to fly. This puts them at a huge disadvantage. However, if Ryu and Ken go to the DBZ universe...oh shit. Ryu and Ken become more powerful than ever before because, obviously in the DBZ universe, anything goes and almost anything is possible.
Another thing, how many episodes did it take Goku to fire 1 Kamahameha or Spirit Bomb? Too many to count. Ryu and Ken don't roll that way, firing Hadokens like it ain't no thang...But if they tap into it too much then it'll trigger the Dark Hado in their systems...basically making then end up like Akuma.
I know what some of you are thinking..."Street Fighter has a few anime's and their powers weren't raised??!?" Well that's true, but we're going off the idea of "home field advantage" and we want both parties to be at full power, and i think the video game versions of Ryu and Ken should apply. The only thing that i'd take from the Street Fighter Animes (they're badass by the way) is the fact that Ryu and Ken are a magnificent team...something that Goku and Vegeta have trouble with from time to time...
All in all i think Ryu and Ken take the cake. It would be a great fight because the sayins are very good...but not Ryu-Ken good.
What do you guys think?

I'm sorry, MANIA, but I have to disagree. I think what you are saying is that Ryu and Ken should be granted the same powers that the characters in Dragon Ball Z have? But why? The characters in Street Fighter cannot fly. The characters in Dragon Ball Z can. It's just something you have to accept. You don't take away Raiden's God powers because he is fighting Superman.
If Goku and Vegeta entered the Street Fighter world, then they could still have the power of flight. It is part of their characters. They can also destroy planets with their powers. Ryu and Ken are in an entirely different league. One that isn't so...advanced. You take the Street Fighter universe at the stage it is in, and the Dragon Ball Z one with higher stakes.
A more comparable fight for Ryu and Ken would be fighting Goku in Dragon Ball, or even taking on Master Roshi. The Dragon Ball Z franchise is just in a completely different realm, and even if you amalgamate them, you just can't give the Street Fighter guys the benefit of the doubt.
