Smoke is unseen in MK11, despite remaining a non-playable revenant of the Netherrealm at the end of MKX. He was last playable in the MK reboot, where he escaped the Lin Kuei cyber initiative, only to die defending Earthrealm. Who's next? FIGHT!

Frost to win, but it ain't going to happen. This game needed to bring balance to it's characters and relations. Optimistic we'll see this with time though.

Kenshi fought the forces of darkness in MKX, but is a mere corpse found in The Krypt in MK11. The blind sword saint was seemingly killed by his old nemesis Shang Tsung. Erron Black split his loyalties across to time periods in MK11. The long living gunslinger remains on the side Kotal Kahn, but his time displaced younger self still sells his services to the Black Dragon. He returns in MK11 Aftermath. Who's next? FIGHT!

I never liked Erron...he feels out of place

Error black lost something in mk11 but I still think he great. He fits in like all the classics who weren't just a different color of someone else. Same with Kenshi but hes dead so lol

Sareena's whereabouts are unknown during MK11. The demon assassin helped the Special Forces navigate the Netherrealm as a non-playable cameo in story mode. Sindel returned as DLC in Mortal Kombat 11's Kombat Pack. Still a revenant after MKX, she is subsequently resurrected during the events of MK11 Aftermath. Her history now dictates she is voluntarily loyal to the conquering Outworld Emperor, making her more deadly than ever. Choose their destiny. FIGHT!

Sareena is better

Tough decision. These are both in my Top 4 characters.

Sareena has so much untapped potential and needs to be brought back into the series as a main characters. Shes remarkably developed for a 'side' character.

Sindel was amazing even up to and including MK9.......but the retcon in MK11 was a complete character assassination and was one of the worst decision ever made by NRS. MK11 is not my Sindel. #NotMySiindel.

So Sareena gets my vote.

I'm torn between how good sindel is in mk11 and how bad it is she's suddenly always been evil. WTF. I think the good outweighs the bad and sareena is still basically just a fanboy fantasy.

Tremor was nowhere to be seen when Black Dragon fighters of the past joined Kronika in MK11. The powerful earth manipulator recently joined MK Mobile having been playable in MKX. Geras is an ancient artificial being built by Kronika. Able to shift the literal and metaphorical sands, he delivers crushing stone blows while constantly rewinding his own destruction. Choose their destiny. FIGHT!

Sareena and Sindel are 2 of favorite characters of all time. Sindel is my main character in Mk11, but her retcon was one of the worst decisions NRS ever made. But even with that I think Sindel has been more developed. So Sindel

Would like to see tremor again. Geras is on top right now. Not sure where Gera's goes next tho.

Kung Jin did not join the Earthrealm heroes in MK11. He helped to curb hostilities with Outworld and Netherrealm during MKX, fighting to redeem himself and his family legacy as well. Kung Lao remains a revenant of Netherrealm in MK11, but his past self returned to fight for redemption by thwarting his corrupt future, and battling the forces of Kronika. Choose their destiny. FIGHT!

Giving Kung Jin a fighting chance.

Starting with Shaolin Monks, Midway/WB/NRS (whateva) butchered Kung Lao's character but I hate Kung Jin's guts more than what they did with Lao.

Kung lao has definitely lost something but I don't understand hating Kung jin. He was great. Can't understand why he isn't in mk11

Mileena fought a civil war for the Outworld throne in MKX. She was executed by D'Vorah and remains dead in MK11 - one of the few fighters left in the past. Cassie Cage was promoted to Special Forces Commander in MK11. She defeated Mileena and Shinnok in MKX, but continues to struggle with her family legacy as she fights against the Netherrealm and Kronika's forces. Who's next? FIGHT!

Milena had her time and now she's dead. Surprising she did not come through time but OK. Cassie is much more tolerable in mk11 I think. She should win. Few made it

Kintaro was not brought forward by the timequake of MK11. A non-playable boss in MK2011; his demise was depicted in MKX tie-in comics at the hands of possessed Special Forces. Sheeva makes a playable return in MK11 Aftermath DLC. As Queen of the Shokan, she was a valued ally against Kronika in MK11's main story, but works to bring about a new outcome in the divergent reality of Aftermath. Who's next? FIGHT!

I love kintaro but how can you pass on sheeva after aftermath? She's great

Kobra hasn't made a significant appearance since Armageddon. The violent martial artist was recruited to the new Black Dragon, but his whereabouts are unknown, with rumors Erron Black may have killed him. Kai also hasn't been playable since Armageddon. Recruited to the White Lotus Society, he studied the ways of the Shaolin, fighting Netherrealm forces in MK4 with kicks, fireballs, and his trademark handstand technique. Kobra/Kai never die! FIGHT!

Both are terrible characters with near zero redeemable qualities. Of the two, I'd choose Kai but barely.

I know kobra is your favorite character Mick but come on. Kai has got this.

Hotaru debuted in Deception and was last playable in Armageddon. A Seidan guardsman from Orderrealm, he is dedicated to a totalitarian enforcement of strict law. Raiden succeeded in guiding the united forces against Kronika in MK11, but the creation of a new fire god inadvertently endangered reality. One possible outcome of Aftermath sees a new Titan rise who deploys the thunder god against Order & Chaos realms. Choose their destiny. FIGHT!

Hotaru is a completely awful, nobody of a character IMO. But he's not Rayden, who is pretty much in my bottom 3 or 4 characters ever.

So Hotaru get my vote.
