The powerful shaman Nightwolf remained a revenant under Quan Chi's commend in Mortal Kombat X. The non-playable Nightwolf was part of Netherrealm's army responsible for storming the gates of the Sky Temple. He was last seen attacking Special Forces agents when Quan Chi was apprehended in the Netherrealm. With a new order rising to power in Hell, Nightwolf's future appears to be at the side of his corrupted revenant allies.

Ruutuu is an enigmatic demon spirit said to have troubled the Apache tribe for many generations. As a non-playable kombatant in the Mortal Kombat reboot; the demon battled Nightwolf in a challenge of clarity. With so little known about this scorched presence, it is unclear if he would further torture the revenant Nightwolf -- or deliver him to the clarity his corrupt form now lacks.

Will Nightwolf remain a soldier of new rulers - or will his shamanic powers consume the sin that now infects him? Does Ruutuu dwell in the fires of Netherrealm as well, waiting to bedevil the masterless revenant? Choose their destiny! FIGHT!

Taven is the son of Edenian protector god Argus and the seer Delia. He was to compete with his brother in a quest to defend the realms, but the apparent victory of Shao Kahn brought them to the brink of Armageddon. A new timeline created by Raiden means Taven is still hiberating under the watchful eye of the dragon Orin, who awaits the call of Blaze to signal the coming threat. In Takeda and Kenshi's MKX endings, they are responsible for Taven's awakening.

Noob Saibot was once the deadly Lin Kuei warrior Sub-Zero, but his death at Scorpion's hands saw him remade a blackened wraith in the Netherrealm. Participating in Shao Kahn's invasion of Earthrealm during the Mortal Kombat reboot, he was thrown into a soulnado by Nightwolf. The pruity of the Heavens is known to destroy the body of beings such as Noob, but his ultimate fate remains unknown. Noob was nowhere to be seen during Mortal Kombat X.

It would seem both warriors have missed much in their time away from the world. Will they return to influence future events blessed by gods - or become harbingers of Armageddon anew? Choose their destiny! FIGHT!

Reptile is the last known survivor of the realm of Zaterra. The cold blooded raptor found a kindred spirit in rising Emperor Kotal Kahn, pledging allegiance to he and his band of misfits. He followed the Emperor into Earthrealm in Mortal Kombat X, showing off his combat skills in an agile assault that nearly cost Takeda his sight!

Each is a stone cold warrior willing to do what it takes to defend his home realm. Will the ice of Sub-Zero cometh to defend Earthrealm once again, or will Reptile step out of the periphery to burn the competition in a new Outworld tournament? Choose their destiny! FIGHT!
