Jarek is one of the few characters I wouldn't mind seeing reduced to purely NPC status. He definitely has a place in a story, as proven by the comics, but gameplay wise he never found his niche despite his massive revamp in Armageddon. It was a fair effort but really didn't fit his character at all. Making him a Kano clone in the first place was a very misguided mistake.

I voted for Jarek. I know he's going to lose. Hell, I absolutely love Johnny in MKX.

But Jarek is Black Dragon. His makeover in Armageddon with the lasso was great. Hell, I expected him to make MKX after seeing Kung Jin cause I figured if they expanded their bow & arrow moves for a new character, they would expand their Wonder Woman lasso moves for Jarek.

But alas, it wasn't mean to be. It's cool how the Black Dragon are very present in the comics. I hope Jarek shows up again someday.

Cage. Jarek is one of those characters I just don't care about, like at all.

Jarek is going to get Caged but by how much? This could be more one-sided than Kenshi-Hsu Hao.

I voted Cage. Jerek is character that is always going to be stygmitised by being an unnecessary clone no matter what they do with him. While in MKX Cage has never been better.

I voted for Johnny. Raiden's Champion or honestly a Kano ripoff? I never really liked Jarek, back when he was introduced in MK4 I wished Kano was there instead of him. Jarek could have some potential in this timeline but Johnny takes this one by a long shot.

I wouldn't mind seeing revamped Jarek again some time, but no way I could give him the nod over ol nut puncher.

Lol I am not against him returning really, but they gotta do something with dude to make him standout a bit, people still have him in the "Lolz off brand Kano" category even though he was a little different in MKA., so they would really have to make him good.

Of course Johnny. I like Johnny, he was never my favorite but I like him. He is very meh in MKX though. His moveset sucks.

I was never a fan of Jarek, but he could be revamped. He could use an axe and rope.

But I do have a soft spot in my heart for Jarek. I would love to see him in a game again. I think they improved him a lot in MKA, and he's got a cool mystique in the comics.

This one was really tough cuz i love Nightwolf but Fujin was reaply cool in mkx story so i gave it to him.

Fujin could do some interesting things in MK, but he hasn't really done much at all. I like his concept and style, however his personality is quite bland.

Nightwolf doesn't have a stellar personality either, but I loved when he was trying to consul Scorpion in MK9. The sin eater stuff in Deception was interesting and his take down of Sindel was the highlight of MK9 to me. His designs have been cool and still have great potential. He has been my main in every game he's been in. He was the first person I beat Shao Kahn, Onaga, and Blaze with. He probably won't win the tournament, but he'll probably get my vote every time.

Nightwolf isn't bad, but the "magical Native American" thing is kind of a cringey stereotype and hasn't aged very well. I voted Fujin based on his showing in the MKX story mode, where he looked pretty awesome. He hasn't really impressed me in the past, but I'd like to see him get a chance to shine.

Damn, I missed Jarek vs Johnny. Would have voted for Johnny.

Tough one, but in the end I have to go with Nightwolf! Night has always been a top player for me.

I voted for Fujin; my second-favourite Kombatant in the franchise.

Fujin should've made it to the main roster of MKX. I hope he's in consideration for post-Kombat Pack DLC.
