My vote went to Sonya for the previous round and now goes to Kung Lao for the present round. I love Sektor but Kung Lao is my second favourite character.

Wow didn't expect Sektor to lose to Kung Lao. I never really got the hype about the latter and I think MK9 established how awesome a palette swap can become mostly with Sektor. I went from just being indifferent to loving him.

That's because there are so many suckers for the goodguys on these forums. :-p

Or some people genuinely like Kung Lao and don't care about Sektor. Just a thought. :/

Close for me, but I'll say Kung Lao.

Kung Lao is badass! Loved him since MK2! Don't particularyly like the new direction taken with him and liked him more as the Clint Eastwood, mysterious, not much to say type. But I just love him anyway, and playing with him is so fun.

I never warmed up to the cyber-ninjas. I still think it's too out there. Plus I lump them in with the overdone ninjas. Sektor is definitely better than Cyrax, at least. But I don't really like him.

Crossing my fingers Kung Lao sneaks into the MKX roster! It would make up for his omission from MK vs DC.

Took me a while to decide, but I went with Sektor. Kung Lao is one of my faves, always loved how mysterious he was back in the day, and how he developed toward the end of Deadly Alliance. But Sektor has also grown on me a lot, so I'll roll with him this round.

Both had some of the most memorable Fatalities in MK9. Sektor's, however, seems to come out of nowhere with this weird device that suddenly just pulls you apart.
