We've reached the portion of the tournament where every match is horrifically one sided, I see.

This was an easy choice.

Folks rag on Darrius for having such a nondescript role in the series, and that's fine but Fujin hasn't done anything either.

He hasn't even made an MK game after 4, for crying out loud. And Armageddon doesn't count.

I voted for Fujin. He seems to be a given to be in MKX. Darrius just seems generic for the most part. They could save him for future games. I noticed he looks like Dutch from the anime, Black Lagoon.

I would like to see her relationship with SZ explored more but it probably won't happen in MKX.

I'd like to see what they do with sareena in future installments. Maybe she gets tired of being Quan Chi's slave and teams up with Scorpion? At any rate, I think she has a lot of room for improvement.

Sonya's a classic, and she's also evolved over the years and become something more than just a token female character (whether or not her MK9 costume reflects that.) She's a no nonsense professional who takes the difficult steps necessary to get her man. Usually Kano.

I'm voting Sonya.

Although, I do think it's a bit out of character that she wound up with Johnny Cage. Maybe they'll explain it in the MKX story mode.

I freaking HATE sonya, but she probably wins anyway.

I like Sareena more than Sonya, but I only vote her because she faces that boring human, any other lady would have beaten Sareena, spare for Kira.

Sonya :
-Core character with charisma and nice gameplay. Not among my personnal favourites, but obviously among the main kombattants of the franchise. Her duo with Jax and her rivalry with Kano are always great to follow.


Sareena :
-Bland supporting role with no identity that shouldn't have left Mythologies, shouldn't have been in Armageddon and shouldn't waste a slot by coming back in MKX. I can't even understand how some people still manage to see her as a real MK character.

She became a real character in Deadly Alliance and Armageddon.

Even though Sonya is good and all I voted for Sareena I like her too.

Sareena is a basic character with no importance whatsoever. That's not to say she's not interesting story wise or gameplay wise, but she isn't.

My vote goes to lead female, top 10, classic Sonya.

I'd hardly call her appearance in MKTE "becoming a real character" when she had normals, specials and fatalitites taken from everyone else but the MKA version yes.
