My, this was a tough one.... NOT!
I voted Kenshi.
They could have made Hotaru a lot cooler. Instead we got a boring guy with two special moves and some armor.
Kenshi had a better backstory, cooler moves, and a bit of personality beyond trying to bring sterile order to all of existance.

Hotaru > Kenshi

There is only room for one Telekineses user and that is Ermac. Plus, Kenshi was really crappy except for in MK9.
Hotaru got my vote because of his 2 designs in MKD and 'cause he was and probably still is a newbie...well, semi-newbie.

I've noticed that Tanya has the highest win percentage (87%) so far. That's just sad.

He came to be in MKA because everyone had to be in it.
