Because well Barbara is also giving instructions to Batman while Gemini does the same for Jax. Since Gemini was NEVER revealed fully, I thought it would be funny to just make Gemini revealed to be Barbara just as the old guy is revealed to be the Wizard of Oz.. Plus Batgirl isn't listed in the first page so that technically doesn't count as a person.

Oh I thought that because the Injustice roster was put in Batgirl would be there. I didn't check.
