The only problem I can see with this is time consumption. After a mad voting session like the ones seen here, someone would have to go through ALL the votes, see who is eligible, who is not, then from those, tally.

Seems like a lot of hardwork, but, if the leaders of this game are willing to do it, then go for it.

I personally love the idea Crow has brought up. This would really ensure a fair competition and we would actually be able to have FUN next time around, knowing it was fair the whole time. I'm out of town for the next couple of weeks, but in case its ever needed, I give my full support to tgrant and Crow to whatever decision they make, b/c you know its for the best.

We’ll see what happens first, but I think it will. It’ll take awhile to start up however.

Your right, it wil be. But to ensure a fair game all around, it’ll be worth it imo. We’ll see what happens.

Well, I have to say I don't like that solution at all. This Boot and Immune game was one of the things that kept me visiting when I was a newbie on this site.

However, that being said, I really don't see any alternative. If there are lameasses out there that can't just let a game be a game and have been screwing with us to either make certain characters win or eliminate certain characters to start flaming, then it's simply an unfortunate reality that a measure like this MUST be done. Which is very sad, but there we are.

I don't think the game should be started over. I think most of us are happy with the current winners, and redoing all those games just seems like a bit of a waste. Let those games stand, and move on from there in the certain knowledge that from here on we can be assured the game is fair.

I want to be put on the list as well, but I think that it will be long to restart the game from the beginning.

Btw all the characters that have won the past championship are 'popular' characters , no Meat or Mokap have won yet.

They should just give the 3 other winning spot to Scorpion, Kitana, Jade and we could begin the big tournament right now, with the 200 posts or more rule

the problem is guys..is that there would have been more females i beileve in the finals.. cuse of these clones.. i bet they were ganging up on certain characters.. ie li mei jade kitana sub-zero(classic) scorpion.. its so lame that some 1 has to do this...but if we do find out that there isnt a cloner,then we should contiune w/ the games asap!!!

ok. since I see there is no way to hide it, I confess it. It was me the one who created the clones. Yes, I know it was stupid, and I can only say I’m sorry. I think I know what’s going to happen next, but if you are going to ban me, it might as well be even for everyone.

I only booted Kitana ‘cause there are indeed more clones that are playing the game, you should know this by now, but the member ------- is a clone. The first time he played he had 3 visits, then the next second he had over ---- visits. Same thing with ------- who now has ----- visits! Yesterday he just had like 7 or 8. And I’m aware of many more clones who are not even playing the game but their visits are increasing, waiting for the right time such is the case of some guy called --------- (spelling might be wrong but its very similar to that). I can only suggest that you check everyone who ------------- and you will see I’m right about this.

So, I apologize for this and even though I don’t disserve forgiveness or whatever from anyone, I will still reveal myself and my days in that game are over (and even maybe here at mko).Thanks to everyone who has been nice to me.Go ahead and flame me, its all good, you all disserve it, but DON’T YOU THINK ITS ONLY ME!!!! I haven't decided if this rule will remain. While it will help greatly, as most clone user names never reached that visit number, it also excludes many honest members.

Once again I feel I have been gone for ages after getting one disgusting surprise in the Boot and Immune game. So many things in just one week of absence!!! That’s one of the reasons I stopped playing the game, people take it too seriously! As if it was a competition to prove “who” is better then “who”.

No wonder other favorites such as Sindel, Mileena and Sheeva never made it to the finals. They were all booted in the most early rounds! I basically got bored after watching them go all the time.

I think I have one idea for a solution to the problem. I doubt everyone will like the whole game to restart from zero, so I thought (to my dislike), why not make a rematch of all the final rounds?

For example, first game it was Sonya VS Shao Kahn (I think it was Kahn) then why not make it happen again with the 24 hour rule? So people can vote again.

And in the case of Jade, who has been in the finals twice in the game, the following could happen:

Let’s say she wins the first game were she ended in the finals (Vs Nightwolf?). Ok, she is in the champions list, and Nightwolf looses in a fair fight.

Then the next game were Jade also ended as a finalist could be like this: The character who got booted in the third place, could take Jade’s spot and face the other one who ended in the finals. Do you get my point?

I much rather have the results the way they are since there are still 5 games left and I would be very disappointed if Sonya actually lost to Kahn when it was all excitement in the first place when she won.

I think this should be discussed with the all the participant members, and it should also be a voting session of at least 48 hours were everyone should give weather they like option:

A) Leave the results the way they are and continue the game with more supervision.

or

B) Restart all the final rounds with the two finalists following the 24 hour rule and my suggestion in such example as in Jade’s occasion were she was finalist twice.

I say that in one game of 24 hours fans can vote for all the finalists at once, this will make it fasrter then just one at the time. With the exception of the games were there was one character being finalist twice such as Jade and Kitana.

This should be played in a separate occasion to see how they end and if the character booted in third place of one of the games can actually take the spot he disserves because of the one who should had been immuned long ago.

I also noticed that the final round of game 11 was played by the supervision of –Crow-, so its not necessary to restart this game.

If you were to redo finals, then you should go ahead and redo the whole match. That would seem more logical than just the final match, but I think the idea to leave them as they are is the primary option at this point.

Also, Crow, just lower the count to 100 or 150 visits. That's a pretty fair jurisdiction, and honest users can still vote.
