Again, I'm saddened about this 'issue' I discovered yesterday. I feel the game may have been controlled since the very beginning, as the results of many of the earlier games seem to have been 'fixed'.

That really sucks if the games were fixed. If it ends up being true, which seems like it is, all those games are going to be nullified. I just hope all of this gets sorted out.

but was it a big proportion of the votes that were 'fixed'? I mean if it was 2-3 guys with 2-3 clones each who vote on occasion, I don't think it have a big impact on the 100 people who play the boot and immune game.

Btw I think that restart the game at 0 would not be a good idea, because it is just a game, let's continue but with some supervision this time

No, I can promise you it spans a bit beyond just 2 or 3 users. If you remember, the earlier games did not use the 24-hour voting rule, and the numbers I am speaking of could control that entire round.
