I've been hating on Orton, but that past few weeks I've been kind of enjoying his work. I think when he turns face we'll get some good shit. I'd like to see him put HHH in his place. I still prefer SD, despite JBL. Raw is going to be godly, though. Time to bust out the home-made eggrolls for this one.

BTW, is it just me, or has the format of this thread been out of whack for like...ever? 0_o

Just like the crowd at Summerslam.. doing the wave and crap.. I was laughing through out the booing and cheering. And when they sung Na-Na-Na-Na to JBL when they carried him out on a stretcher. I wish the chokeslam was real.. or had Taker hit the Tombstone on the hood of the car would've been better.

All the matches were good in my opinion. I try to avoid coming to this board incase of spoilers and rumors. Good PPV imo. I'll definatly buy it when its DVD.

Well, I'm back after a 2 day weekend get away, I see some are just as upset about last night's ppv just as much as I am. Man that pisses me off that the WWE gave the title to Orton. They always seem to give it to people who don't deserve it, case in point, JBL, Orton, and Ultimate Warrior. All 3 don't deserve to ever be called WWE Champ, especially at the expense of more deserving champs like Benoit (Orton), Eddie Guerrero (JBL), and Hulk Hogan (Warrior). Oh and am I supposed to like Orton because he shook hands with Benoit? Nope sorry, I like Benoit more, he was just doing what any gracious champ would do when they lose the title.

As for the rest of the show, it was ok, but why did the Cena/Booker T match not continue? Someone explain this to me? When are we going to see the rest of their match?? JBL got his ass handed to him by Taker and it was funny. Taker should have then went back and destroyed that piece of shit Orlando Jordon as well. All in all, not a great ppv, but still ok.

This is how this best of 5 series goes...

The FIRST Match started at Summerslam, while the other 4 will continue on other SmackDown! or PPV events. the last guy to win the most matches is the new United States Champion.

The whole point is to milk the hell out of the Booker T and John Cena feud.

My Review on Summerslam

London/Rey/Kidman vs The Dudley Boys

London, Rey, Kidman , and Spike are ALL great Wrestlers...And add that to the fact that Bubba and DVon can Tottaly PWN little guys is cool. Thid was the obvious choice for opener and it did well. I really am Bugged by the fact that Rey only got 1 minute of offense and the Dudleys Won...But nonetheless GREAT opener! And its nice to see The Dudleys win again!

Matt Hardy vs Kane

Was I expecting something out of these Two? No...Did I get something from these two? No...So what do you want me to say...the only things that deserve the star are the facts that Kane Is winning PPV's agin, and the Sick lookin Chokeslam to Hardy....BTW, Hardy is being Wasted! He should be IC Champ by now! Hardy is a GREAT Wrestler, but ya trash him with this Fued!

Booker T vs John Cena

Pretty Good Match Overall, but hurt by the fact that it was only 6 Minutes...I gotta tell ya, When Booker is motivated, He puts on AWESOME Matches! He wasnt that motivated, but It was still a GREAT Match to see! Props to both men...But Booker should be WWE Champ by now!

Edge vs Chris Jericho vs Batista

Two of my Favorite Wrestlers (Batista and Y2J) in the ring and my most hated wrestler as champ in the ring...I wanted Batista to win, I think Batista has HUGE Potential..At least they said that in OVW...I am still expecting something out of him! But its a shame that Edge Retained....Y2J is ASLO supposed to be World Champ, but they waste him with Edge...Did he Bad-Mouth vince to get this?? Overall Pretty Good Match...Edge is a Decent Wrestler and Y2J is GReat, Batista can improve and he wasnt in the match at all...so GREAT!

Eddie Guerrero vs Kurt Angle

Considering the part that the Past Matches were 8 min long...I was Expecting a good 20 min Bout between these two! But I got 13 min of Great Wrestling! Still Good! Even though they are Injured...Great Match! Vince should see the Skills of these Wrestlers and make on of them Champions! What ever happened to the Fued with Angle and Cena BTW? I expect Angle vs Cena soon for the WWE Title....BTW, Eddie is FREAKIN COOL!!!!

Eugene vs Triple H

Both of these Suck...What do you want me to say, the only good thing was the fact that these are the Top in each show! So they got Great pops! Decent match nonetheless.

Batista win? Are you nuts... the guy sucks crap. All I ever see that guy do is the same move all the time... spinebuster. I remember watching Raw a week or two ago and he spinebustered some guy and then picked him up again... I thought woo give him another power move...what does the guy do...another spinebuster. You know why? Cause that’s all the dumb fuck can do is the spinebuster. As for Edge he is a great wrestler. I remember way back when Edge & Christian were a tag team they were damn funny. Not to mention Edge has quite a few cool moves, a lot more then Batista that's for sure.

Anyway, completely unrelated I am glad Orton won the title, and I'm a hardcore Benoit fan. He is pretty talented and he always makes me laugh. When he knocked down Benoit early in the SS match and went into his pose I had to laugh. The guy looks like he is full of himself and I can't help but love it. It also has a lot of potential for the Raw storyline. Obviously, Triple H isn't going to be happy about Randy having "his" title belt. On the down side that means yet again Triple H is involved with the Heavy Weight Title storyline. What else is new...
