Just read this:
CM Punk will be getting some time off after WrestleMania 29. The former WWE Champion has been dealing with several nagging injuries in recent months, but has downplayed the extent of how banged up he is. Punk’s latest injury took place on last week’s RAW during his no DQ match with Kane. There are conflicting reports as to whether it was his arm or his hip or his knee.
Punk was originally scheduled to wrestle at last week’s WWE live events, but did not compete. He’s also been pulled from all upcoming WWE live events through WrestleMania 29, so he can rest up and be healthy for his match against The Undertaker.
Punk most likely will not be working most live events immediately after WrestleMania, but is still scheduled for all RAW TV shows and is still advertised for WWE’s European tour the week after WrestleMania. The feeling in WWE is that Punk has been giving 110% to the company during a time when they needed him (especially during his title reign) and has earned the time off.

Seriously, this Raw that just passed had to be the worst Raw I had watched in a long time.
The Cena and Darren Young segment was horrible (and to think that's how Raw opened)
Another squash by Ryback, Ottunga this time. This is getting old. The announcement for Henry vs Ryback was alright. To be honest I just think Goldberg vs Lesnar when I think of this match.
Fandango and Khali, was absolute shit I just switched channels.
R-Truth vs Damien Sandow, what was the point for this match to happen?
Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi, should have been a really good match, yet it turned into shit.
I can't stand anything with Jack Swagger, holy fuck this whole push WWE is giving him is a waste of time.
Highlights:
- CM Punk and Undertaker Segment
- Randy Orton and The Shield
- The Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship. It was actually a good match, and I would have loved for Jericho to take it, even The Miz.
- Booker T getting inducted into the HOF
- HHH Contract signing. Even though ' A NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH AND YOUR CAREER ON THE LINE' stipulation wasn't all that amazing, but good nonetheless.
- Team Hell No vs Primo and Unico. Very entertaining actually.

Yea, the stipulation for the HHH match is really stupid. He's coming off of a hiatus to have a career threatening match. Dumb.
HHH is probably going to win, though, rendering the whole thing even more pointless.

i called that a week ago
its pretty ovious who will win and it not hhh since he really does work behind the scenes with finding new talent
and as i said wwe wants brock vs rock for mania 30 so by having brock lose to hhh will make him look weak or w/e

Here's one for the stat fiends!
A handful of interests got me wondering about the state of the WWE main event picture: 1) Royal Rumble winners no longer guaranteed the final match at Mania; 2) CM Punk's reign and the many Cena final matches; & 3) the pseudo main event picture in the post-Undisputed Championship era.
Just to get a broad picture, I decided to see who got the main event (final match) on PPVs of the last fifteen years - January 1997-December 2012. The following list is the top fifteen most frequent final match players from that period. For the sake of simplicity, I've included region-specific PPVs and treated the Royal Rumble final two as the main event players (exc. years when the Rumble did not go on last).
No prizes for guessing who the two most frequent main eventers of this time period were. It gets a little more surprising as you go down the list. The exact numbers of some surprised me. Particularly the inequality between combinations of a mutual time period. Rankings are much as you'd expect, but the drop-off from the #1 guy to the #2 is a little surprising, in some instances. For my mind, it reinforces the virtue of a more distinct separation between top champion and mid-card (the second belt having muddied the waters of significance).

It's been reported that Paul Bearer's sons signed off on the angle at RAW a few weeks back where CM Punk interrupted The Undertaker's tribute and disrespected the urn.
Paul's son Michael Moody tells TMZ that WWE creative approached the Moody family for permission before the angle went down on TV and the family approved of it.
Michael told TMZ:
"We felt that dad would have wanted us at RAW last week and agreed to the angle ... We knew Dad wouldn't have wanted it any other way."

It's a damn shame that it took Moody's death to tie the Undertaker/Punk feud altogether. It kind of makes me wonder what the hell they were planning before hand that was so God awful that they scrapped in favor of what we have now.

Oh yeah, not knocking it all. Just wondering where it could have gone if not for this unfortunate circumstance.
I'm not overly excited for Bruno...call me whenever they decide to give the Iron Sheik an open mic and a twelve pack. Ah the moments that could provide.

Ric Flair's agent, Melinda Morris Zanoni of Legacy Talent and Entertainment, released the following statement regarding Flair's health:
"Ric is doing well, he feels great, and is home. WWE's medical staff performed a physical on Ric yesterday, like they do all of their athletes, and recommended that he have a doctor take a closer look at his swollen leg. Upon arriving back in Charlotte today he went to see his doctors and it was determined that there is a blood clot. He was not admitted to the hospital, rather released with medication, which the doctors are confident will work quickly causing Ric to completely heal soon. Ric appreciates everyone's concern and is looking forward to seeing fans at his next scheduled appearance in Hagerstown, MD on Friday and performing for WWE very soon."
