Don't take them. There's no point, you'll get the same reaction as a protected shot.
Congratulations anyway :)

I'm so ready for the Rumble. Chris Jericho is definitely going to WM.
I don't think he's winning the Rumble but I'm definitely hoping he does! I can picture him as entrant 20, comes out, does his entrance celebrating all over the place, never goes into the ring and goes to the back, only to return at the end and eliminate the last 2 guys who are struggling on the apron.

Jericho's interesting, and his return was epic and historic.
He's not interesting and hasn't been for a long time. Even his last return was terrible and obvious that it was him. It didn't really help that the WWE magazine for that month had him on the cover and was released before he returned.
His return this time around was not epic nor historic. Something so predictable is neither of the two. Running in circles and walking out may be a good indication of someone becoming a heel but it's not interesting when Jericho has always been a loud-mouth that is somewhat entertaining to hear whether he is a heel or a face.
Apparently, plans were for Orton to come back and win the rumble since it is in his hometown. I can see this happening as much as I wouldn't want it to.
Actually Jericho's previous run was VERY interesting and should be a lesson to every up and coming wrestler.
His return this time was historic, that's just fact. Nobody had ever done what he did before. Hype beyond hype, then have the guy come out as a face until he becomes a heel without saying a word by just being a douche.
The fact that he's getting heat with people like you (And even me, at first) shows how brilliant it is. He's a heel, you're not supposed to like him or admire his innovative skills. That's how good he is. He's being innovative while getting you to hate him for not being innovative.

See I can see it as. Him coming out at some point celebrating on his way to the ring, goes in the ring and gets so hyped up he jumps over the rope himself celebrating on the way out.

Went to Raw last night. It was glorious
Never gonna order from Ticketmaster again though, that's for sure. My cousin and I went but our seats were incorrect and we ended up sitting on opposite ends of the row. We made the best of it and called/texted each other to coordinate chants and shit. Lots of fun. You can even see me at one point in the Miz/'Truth match but you gotta look reeealllly close

Rumble predictions anyone?
I've got Jericho winning it all. For shits and giggles, I'll say he wins by entering at number 30. By the time he gets to the ring, everyone has already been eliminated and he wins by default. Hilarity ensues

Do we all have Randy Orton making the final two?
He was my pick for months, but I'm losing confidence.
Jericho a good second. Kane would be awesome. Sheamus outsider.
Not ruling out a winner out of leftfield. Maybe a champ, maybe someone totally unexpected. Still holding out hope they pull some "anyone can enter" shenanigans on the night and let this thing bulge beyond the thirty (for the 25th anniversary). Would enjoy a surprise Lesnar appearance, imho. Meb Triple H, Christian, Undertaker's gong, ya mamma.
If the twist let a champ win, I wouldn't say no to title unification.
Can't imagine that being the case, though.

These are the guys who I believe might win the rumble:
- Jericho. His return must lead to something big, right?
- Orton. Hometown hero making his big return to WWE action. The biggest babyface on his brand, easily.
- Sheamus. Rising babyface star, dominant at everything he does.
- Drew Mcyntire. Interesting twist to the storyline with Teddy Long. He goes from being virtually fired to becoming one of smackdown!'s top commodities.
- CM Punk, should he lose the WWE title. The only way I can see the whole "anyone can enter" rule mean anything at all.

Its a Sheamus thing.
Lobster Head!
Really cool rumble. Lots of funny moments and the final two was great. But I felt like there were too many jobbers in the rumble. There seems to be a lack of star power in the WWE right now

The last few years make me wonder if they're just trying to keep record(s) on Michaels (and other) as long as they can. He seemed to be on the verge of an elimination record for a while, then stopped eliminating for a few years.

The thing is Kane already has the whole most eliminations in a single Royal Rumble. And I doubt they'll change it.

If anybody is to face Taker a 3rd time.... It's gotta be Kane. I'm sorry, but Shawn is done and HHH would have beat him last year if he was going to be the one to end the streak. I mean I doubt it will be broken anyway but if anyone is going to face him for a 3rd time at what is speculated to be his last Wrestlemania match... Let it be someone who has background history with him (story-wise) like Kane.
If not Kane... Make it someone who hasn't faced him yet.
Jericho? Not likely after him basically starting a feud with Punk tonight.
Punk would be able to put on a good match but if he is still holding the title it won't happen, plus I am thinking this Jericho feud will run to Wrestlemania so again... Not likely.
Plus... HHH Vs Taker in back-to-back years? No. Just no. It was workable with Shawn because he's someone who can put on a different style match every time. He's able to fly if he wants. HHH is more of just a power type wrestler, as is Taker so we would pretty much get the same match this year. I'm not saying it won't be a good match... But after last year, it can't look anywhere near as good in comparison.

I don't see Kane v. Taker as a likely match, to be honest. I know, I know, the history and stuff, but it doesn't seem very logical. And if we were going by history, it would be awesome to see an old, out-of-shape and falling apart Foley don the Mankind mask and tie to face Taker one last time. It'd be a good way to end both of their careers on a high note. But, alas, again that's not a very logical prediction.
The fact of the matter his, who ever he faces, it's going to be a hell of match, like always. None of the Taker WM matches have been disappointing.

I would say it'd be interesting to see Taker in a Triple Threat match or a a tag match at Wrestlemania but it'd be a horrible idea to put him in a match where the streak would have a chance of ending without him in the pin or submission.

I feel like Shawn has a 0-5% chance of being in the match itself. Plus, as I said, it would suck if the streak ends because HHH pins Shawn or the other way around.

I know it's a stretch, for sure. But the angle they worked last year, with Taker shaming Shawn, and Shawn abandoning HHH in the ring...... There's something there. If the triple threat did happen, I'm sure Taker would take it (pun certainly intended.)
