I haven't really been liking the Wrestlemania hype.

Punk hasn't been looking dominant at all, just like a huge wuss that has no chance of winning. How do you expect us to believe Sheamus as a thread when he was put out so easily by Triple H just two weeks ago? Cena, Miz and the Rock is just messy, barely coherent... if it wasn't because the Rock makes promos like no other, this would BOMB. Cole vs King is plain stupid and we can see the end for light years away(hint: somebody's getting a stunner) and not worth the wait. Snooki? WWE doesn't mind selling it's dignity. Del Rio vs Edge has been repetitive. Rhodes vs Rey uninteresting.

This post is all the evidence that I need to prove that Triple H vs Undertaker has officially fallen off the map. Where the hell is the hype?

Wrestlemania looks pretty good on paper. Its just that the main events are so lackluster. Miz and ADR don't belong in the main event of mania yet, and I'm sick of seeing Cena there every year.

They keep building up this tension between Cena and Rock, but there will be no payoff, so what's the point? And with Edge and ADR they keep teasing including Christian, but why would they now? This whole thing would've worked better if either Christian won the Royal Rumble, or he wasn't included in the angle at all.

And who gives a shit to see Triple H go against Undertaker? It's not gonna be an old star that is gonna take away the Undertaker's streak and it sucks because he's still in rehab so all the talking just feels empty when they don't have any bad blood between each other... Wtf is the Undertaker no beating the hell of Kane or vice versa? At least the Corre? Pffff...

Yep, it's actually pretty awesome. I was worried about how the fighter/wrestling game mashup would work, but it manages to be a pretty deep fighting system without being overly complicated. The roster looks awesome. My one concern is the lack of game modes in this thing, but otherwise I'm pretty optimistic.

Rock said he's going to be wrestling again, so there will be a pay off.

Anyway I came to this thread about the 50 greatest WWE superstars of all time video on netflix. It's a bullshit video if you ask me. Has anyone else seen it?

It has Hulk Hogan at 23 with Cena and Edge closer to the number 1 spot than him. He deserves top 5 IMO. Wrestlemania wouldn't be where it is today without him. What the hell has Edge done to deserve a top 20 spot? I understand Cena but fuck Edge!

Hawk and Animal were one of the most dominant tag teams ever and weren't mentioned.

Wahoo McDaniels was one of the greatest old school wrestlers and wasn't mentioned.

Booker T wasn't mentioned and he was a Champ in the WWE.

Brock Lesnar should have had a low balled mention. He was a champ and people loved to hate him. He along with The Big Show had one of the most memorable matches ever in the WWE when they broke the ring.

IDK if Sting or Goldberg counts but if they do they should have been mentioned. Jake the Snake and Sting had some memorable matches but I can't remember if that was WCW or WWF.

Anyway that list just pissed me off a little bit. I'm sure Vince or Triple H might have had some say in that list an I'm pretty sure both dislike Hulk. But whatever.

I played the all-stars demo it's kinda bad saving my money for mortal kombat

Really? I quite enjoyed the demo...It has a certain arcade feel, but still retains enough regular Wrestling stuff to keep me entertained...

So, to start a new discussion here, what do you guys think of WWE's current handling of rising talent? I personally think they should stop with the whole "Next Breakout Star" stuff and focus on making stars out of people they already have, like Tyson Kidd, Chris Masters, and Zack Ryder

the game actually felt weak but it was a pretty good fighting game id you ask me just wished the controlls were more simpler and no im not talking about SVR because there games has been shitting for years and im sick of it all-stars would of had been good if it didn't have those few mistakes sob I give it a 7/10 great game but it probably won't be worth my time getting

maybe but it just didn't feel right to me I mean the fighting macenics is good and all but the controls felt too much like tna impact and that stupid kik out meter should had nevered been in the game {is only smackdown vs raw would learn that} the reversal system kinda sucks because it is all about timing and got timing is crap the blocking is ok but thr run should had been simple but no they made it too dificult plus all this high flying shit makes no sence the only ones should have highflying moves are the high flyers not shitty high flying moves like the attitude adjustment or a the high flying pedigree but all in all I think the game was ok still 7/10

If I'm not mistaken the same team that made Impact are making this game. Timing based reversals aren't for everyone, so I can understand your disdain for it. Kinda gives it a little bit of a Fire Pro feeling(which I think is cool).

As for the high flying stuff, this is more of and arcade fighter with the soul of a wrestling game. So there's bound to be some ridiculous going's on.

I know it's the same ppl who made the impact game and even though the impact game was terrible it was a good game in all but all-stars just didn't feel right to me im niot saying that t should be like the control sceme like smackdown vs raw but aleat that could had done a little better this was a little good but could had ben better but it is not worth my money spending though that why im saving it for mortal kombat and not this gimmicky game

Rock and Cena was amazing! Sure some of the things Cena said didn't make sense and The Rock's comeback was weak but man, talk about your wrestling moments! Loved it.

....then Miz and Generic CaW #5 had to come out and ruin it. Man, The Rock looked terrible brawling. I died a little inside when he failed that flip up thing. And it was so lame when The Miz just stands up after eating the People's Elbow. Everything about that sucked.

Until Cena saved it with the AA. God I wish they were doing Cena/Rock at Mania instead of the shit we're getting.

Also looks like Orton will go over Punk at Mania. They're not gonna make Orton look weak two weeks in a row and have him lose to Punk. Just not going to happen.

The HHH/Taker segment was incredible.

I thought the final promo kicked some serious ass... hell.. I say for once in my life that Cena's talk wasn't bad. I also have to admit that even though it hurts me to say it, it's a better for the business to have the Cena finish the show with the upper hand... crap...

It was great when Shawn mouthed to Triple H "You can't win." Than Undertaker smiled at him and laughed. Than a bit of doubt on Triple H's face. Epic moment for sure!

The Rock dishing out punches and taking bumps, he's definitely back and he'll wrestle again. I'm glad.

It still confuses me that Christian hasn't been added to the title match at Mania. He's beaten Del Rio two weeks in a row in 1 on 1 matches. He's beating the number one contender, he should at least mention that he deserves a title shot.
Not to mention that the match would be a lot more emotional if it was Christian vs Edge vs Alberto. Alberto and Edge don't really have much chemistry or history, it doesn't feel like a Mania match.
