just wondering cuz i'm seeing it more of a dq for dusty with his "son" interfereing... just a thought.

It's going to be hard to get DQed in the Texas Bullrope match. I don't think they'd actually have Orton run away by taking off the rope. If they want to set up a match for Summerslam with Cody and Orton, they should just have Orton win at the bash so Cody can have a reason to come after him.

oh, okay. that explainsa a lot, becuase i never really saw what this match is when JBL and Eddie was facing off with each other. i thought somehow there would be a dq in it... yeah... im sorry.

you got a point there
just a few more weeks then triple h will return, i just hope that they don't give him a lame ass story for his return. seeing how they cannot go with the Triple H getting back against Rated - RKO because duh, Edge is on smackdown, i wonder what's gonna happen with him. personally i would rather have him still be a face than a heel. i dunno. what do u guys think?
first and foremost I think I'm making my second reply to this thread in about as many years so I may or may not have missed this particular topic, but does anyone find it surprising how ignorant some of these retired wrestlers are looking on tv when put up against an actual Active WWE wrestlerI(the only exception being John Cena on Larry King Live). I mean, They haven't been near a ring for at least 5 years and in some cases, 10 or 20 years and all of a sudden, they're "experts" on how things are in today's Wrestling industry. I'm not suggesting that what they're saying is without merit, but I think, especially in the case of Marc Mero and Steve Blackman, that they're possibly out for those last 15 minutes of fame before they dissapear into wrestling obscurity

I found that the Larry King Special was alright. Don't put Steve Blackman into the same category as Marc Mero. Mero is an idiot, period, who has no class and no brains, whereas Steve Blackman at least knew what the hell he was talking about!

Lacks talent? What the hell?
Anyone order the TNA PPV. I was going to but got in too late, waiting for the torrents. Sounded like UX and the main event were pretty damn good.

UX was great, but it hardly stole the show, I personally prefered the mainevent better.

Triple X re-union in the UX match, was kinda cool, as Low Ki and Elix Skipper helped Daniels win; and Samoa Joe Pinned Bubba Ray to win the Tag Titles, with the help of the Steiners no less, so I bet Zent was happy to see Big Pappa Dump back!

Anyone see the video on tnawrestling.com with the Samoa Joe interview. Thats one of the weirdest interviews I've ever seen.
Quote Samoa Joe :
"Kurt You are my puppet! My doll! My plaything!"
Now that sounded a little weird huh? Think before you talk Joe.

raw sucked.
however, smackdown was really good last friday. it reminded me of the old days of smackdown a little bit.
but raw just straight up sucks now compared to smackdown... boy they fucked up the draft.. lucky to be getting triple h back
not feeling cena and lashley, seems very fake with no substance, 2 faces...i smell a no contest at the bash...
i did enjoy orton and rhodes last night a little bit. seems a bit rushed, but i like it.
surprisingly, the bash looks awesome, from top to bottom, i think the only dissapointing match will be edge and kane.
ill give all the wrestlers props since this benoit thing, they have definitly worked the extra mile to take peoples minds off of it. hopefully thats not the only reason.
weird how the whole mcmahon angle is just dropped...i dont think i ever remember that ever happening unless a guy got hurt.
looking forward to mysterio returning, only if he has some new shit, im tired of his same old shit.. lets hope he brings it also..
ecw tonight!

well i know two story lines that got dropped"
The Kaite Vic Story line and Mickey James with Beth Pheinox... ahh... Phenox... ow you get the picture, being best friends (Until she broke her jaw) those are the only two story lines that i know that got cancelled.
the katie vic thing was cancelled becuase it featured "Necrophilism" and apparently Spike Tv or TNN whatever one came first didn't want that to continue for some reason i have no idea. all though vince thought that this story was extremely funny and if he could, he would do that again.
God, I am appauled at what pro wrestling has become. I partially blame it on the World Wildlife Fund for suing World Wrestling Federation for using the WWF acronym. I don't know all the details, but since WWF changed it's name to WWE, it's just tragic to see pro wrestling today.
Speaking of ECW, WWE couldn't find a better network for ECW than Sci-Fi? Look at the list of following Sci-Fi programs...
Ripley's Believe It Or Not
The Twilight Zone
The X-Files
Eureka
Ani-Monday
ECW
Which doesn't belong?

You blame the WWF, World Wildlife Fund for making WWE a worse product? What the hell? If I changed my name to NotZentile I dont think my attitude would change at all. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous.
Anyways, Edge now has an extremely important announcement to make on Smackdown! regarding the world title in the tapings. For those of you who want to be spoiled or already know, here we go:

Edge is dropping the world title due to injury. This sucks. That world title is losing so much credibility. Rey Mysterio held onto it for a small amount of time, then King Booker held it for four months or so, Batista probably didn't even get to smell the belt before he lost it to Taker who didn't even get to look at it when he lost it to Edge. Damn, I cant blame WWE though, that's just alot of bad luck.

Sci-Fi shows suck, I hate all those nerdy shows that got on there. ECW really doesn't fit in there. Still, they have no where else to go. Maybe TNT. Now I finnaly know why WWF was changed to WWE. Damn World Wildlife Fund. I really can't think of any other network that would be good for ECW....maybe Disney channel?

The Following Comes From WWE.com:
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
A new World Heavyweight Champion walks tall among us this night, and his name is The Great Khali.
No, you've read this right – The Great Khali now holds sports-entertainment's most elite prize, one that dwarfs even his 7-foot-3, 420-pound frame. During tonight's taping of SmackDown in the Laredo Entertainment Center, he won the title in true colossal fashion, by being the last man to stand inside the ring after an excruciatingly hard-fought 20-Man Battle Royal. The historic contest had been ordered by SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long, who earlier this evening had ordered an injured Edge to surrender the World Heavyweight Title.
After pulling off his truly enormous feat, the largest World Heavyweight Champion in WWE history needs a challenger for The Great American Bash. A No. 1 Contender's Match – also ordered this evening by SmackDown GM Long – will determine whether it's Batista, whom Khali had originally agreed to face this Sunday, or Kane, the Big Red Monster who was supposed to meet Edge at the pay-per-view. And the only way to find out who wins that contest – as well as how Khali walked out of Laredo with the World Heavyweight Title – is to watch SmackDown this Friday night at 8/9 CT on the CW.

Huge news from both Smackdown and ECW:
1) The current ECW champion has changed his name into John Morisson.
2) Edge isn't world heavyweight champion anymore. The reasons:
Last friday, when he attacked Edge, Kane made him suffer from a pectoral injury. Due to this, Smackdown general manager put his title on the line in a 20 battle royal yesterday evening. And the winner is none other than The Great Khali.
Normally, Kane had to face Edge this sunday at the Great American Bash for the world heavyweight championship. And in the same time, Batista would face the Great Khali. But now, it has been decided Kane and Batista will meet each other this friday to determine the n°1 contender for the world heavyweight championship.

Normally, Kane had to face Edge this sunday at the Great American Bash for the world heavyweight championship. And in the same time, Batista would face the Great Khali. But now, it has been decided Kane and Batista will meet each other this friday to determine the n°1 contender for the world heavyweight championship.

I figured that situation was going to happen. I think they are going to make batista the champ since he had to give it up earlier for a injury. and that would make khali a "72 hr" champ.
