from WWE.com:

On July 10th, a 19-year-old German teen, Steffen G., consumed 1 bottle of beer, 2 bottles of wine, and 1 bottle of chocolate liqueur then proceeded to murder a homeless man. Steffen G. now blames WWE’s “SmackDown vs. Raw 2006” video game (which is rated “T” for teens) as the reason for his actions. A WWE spokesman stated “Given Steffen G.’s history of violence and alcohol abuse, we believe his claims to be absurd.”

they will probobly cut the violence in wrestling/video-games down because of this.
this sux sad

Did I mention Haas and Benjamin back together?

Also, TNA wrestling game teaser trailer available. You don't see much, but it looks cool so far.

Man, it sucks how it's only for next-gen systems! At least show my PSP some love! sad furious

Any way, Spoiler time:

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
With no matches officially announced, here is a list of matches being discussed for Wrestlemania 23 at Ford Field in Detroit:

- The Undertaker vs. Batista (Wrestlemania winning streak vs. World title)
- John Cena vs. Triple H or Randy Orton (Cena is scheduled to hold the WWE title until Wrestlemania, but of course, that could always change)
- Mick Foley vs. Vince McMahon
- The Big Show vs. Hulk Hogan
- Bobby Lashley vs. CM Punk
- JBL vs. ?

* WWE has given up on trying to convince Steve Austin to wrestle, but he is penciled in to have a role on the show. Again, nothing is official at this point.

With the exception of the ECW match, I'd like to see all those matches.

By the way guys, update on the Zenny Carreer. I wont be taking part in the APW/ TNA shows that are scheduled for January, because I turned down their contract offer, and I wont be negotiating with APW anymore, probably forever.

I will, however, be going to England to take the week long wrestling boot camp at the FWA Academy. Woohoo.

lol, thanks brother, but believe me, APW are the bitches. APW sucks, I'm absolutely through with them, and really, the only good thing from that show would be gaining some notoriety and meeting AJ and Angle, etc. The shows are going to bomb, the product is going to be shit and the entertainment production companies that invested in bringing TNA in are going to lose so much money that they're never going to touch wrestling ever again.
But going to the FWA will be a better learning experience and better for my Wrestling CV.

WWE fired Jimmy Wang Yang's b*tch who followed him to the ring, for those who might care.

They need to fire Yang so he can go back to ROH or get picked up by TNA. Fucking waste of potential and skill set.

Decent Impact, booking is still whack in spots, though. I loved the PCS push-up challenge this week!!! Holy crap, that was some good shit.

Lethal: "Why am I first?!"
Nash: "....because you're black."

lol, that was funny as hell.

Hey, I'm going to be with out TV wrestling for a while, so can someone give me suggestions on ROH and Puro compilations DVD's? I'm picking up some TNA house shows and a couple, early ninties, AAA DVD's. Any suggestions would be great. Oh, and maybe some Chikara, too.

Looks as though the WWE might have responded to the VKM skits:

** While this may end up being a strong coincidence or not, WWE writers have stopped doing the comedy skits for D-Generation X since TNA started its "VKM" angle mocking the group. One person this won't disappoint is Shawn Michaels, who has been very outspoken at production meetings and against many of the skits that have been thought up. Kevin Dunn has reportedly found the skits to be hilarious, so Michaels has been what some have described as a reluctant and embarassed participant.

Take it for whay you will

Armageddon was wicked........

-Joey Mercury received 18 stitches after suffering a broken nose from the incredible Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Ladder Match.

-After being set on fire, MVP received first-degree burns.

-Mr. Kennedy threw Undertaker 15 feet to the floor from the Armageddon set.

-Chris Benoit used an incredible string of eight straight German Suplexes.

Take this as you will:

** Rob Van Dam is now talking openly about heading to TNA. His contract expires early next year and he is beyond fed up with WWE politics. Especially with Paul Heyman leaving the company, odds are RVD will not be re-signing with WWE. Sabu is also likely to follow. When the ECW brand was re-launched he signed a standard two or three-year deal, but it can be cancelled at anytime by WWE. With Sabu’s recent bad behavior backstage it could be likely they will release him.

Personally, I've never been able to get into RVD or Sabu. More so with RVD, though. I dont know, I know a lot of people mark out for RVD but, meh. Same with Senshi, people gawk at him and i'm kinda like meh, whatever, lol.

Also, didn't sabu leave TNA under the same circumstances as hardy? He was supposed to stick around, then just randomly jumped to E? TNA needs to use THEIR dudes and gals. When they hit two hours then add...maybe. My first addition sure as hell wouldn't be RVD, though.

Armagreddon sounded pretty sick. I'm going to D/L it tonight. Nice to see london/brian given the opportunity to work a decent match in E.
