Orlando had potential but he had more than enough opportunities to develop it and he never did. He never got over. He was a great athlete and he could go sometimes, but he hardly ever did. He was made the top heel's second in command on Smackdown!, he was United States Champion, Benoit did the job for him, and he never got over or shown any skill.
Funny... remember the inter-stable feud last year pitting Kurt Angle, Luther Reigns and Mark Jindrak agaisnt JBL, OJ and the Bashams? Funny how now Luther quit, Jindrak was released, the Bashams aren't doing jack shit and will probably be released pretty soon, and OJ was now released aswell, while Evolution's alumni all became world champions.

I am glad Ron the Truth Killings beat Monty Brown and i wasn't surprised accept how he won the match with a roll up. I would really like the truth to get one more chance holding the title. I can see the next 2 weeks paning out like this. Next week it will be raven vs jarrot and somehow jarrot will screw raven as much as i want raven to win. Then it will be steiner vs Sting and sting will come out top since jarrot won his match.

Yeah, when I saw Gunn paint himself black I was like wtf 0_o? I enjoyed the skit though. I thought it was funny last week when Bubba was like "I did a drop kick" when talking about how they pulled out all the stops. LOL, that was good shit. I've been enjoying these promos lately.

I was totally stoked to see Truth take the win over Montey. Nice suprise and I love watching him wrestle. Hopefully he'll get another push.

And, yeah, I was hopeing OJ would get it together, but he never did. sad

I'm already tired of Kahli....ogre's don't impress me, I guess.

Question here: Who plays the WWE Fantasy Game on wwe.com? I think we should get a MKO League going. What does everyone else think? Send me a PM if you're in or interested.

I don't know what match you were watching, but what I got from that encounter, is that Great Khali has two moves max that he does, he can't wrestle worth a shit, so Taker layed down for the man out of sympathy to make Khali look better, imo! So I guess Taker feels sorry for the big idiot and decided not to let him become another Giant Gonzalles!

Everyone wines about how Cena only does a certain number of moves and nothing else, well, at least he doesn't look clueless in the ring like Khali!

Didn't you pay attention to my last post? Taker wasn't "owned" by Khali, he basically let him do that! Taker has way too much pride to be "owned", but I thought he had enough pride to not lay down for anyone either.

I agree to an extent with what firesnake, said, but Taker has been losing way to much lately! Sure he's had a win thrown in, beating Mark Henry, but hell, anyone can beat Henry! Taker's getting screwed over by the WWE, and it's kinda sad! He deserves one more push to mainevent status and one more run as World or WWE Champion, and WWE management seems too stupid to see that and instead has Taker being beaten by nobodies!

First Victims Of WWE's Drug Testing Revealed:

**Joey Mercury has been sent to drug rehab immediately and he will be out of action indefinitely. Besides all the heat Melina and Johnny Nitro have, that was one of the reasons as to why MNM split up the way they did. Also, Mercury was supposedly the "glue" of the team, and basically the point man in regards to laying out most of their matches.

** Another possible culprit of WWE's drug testing procedures is none other than Chris Masters. There is a good chance that Masters will be taken off the road for an indefinite period of time. There is no specific reason as to why he may be taken off the road, however, it was said that "your first guess would be the correct guess."

WHAT!? Taker LET Khali beat him!?!? So...wrestling's really FAKE!? Oh the god!

Anyways, Taker hasn't been getting screwed by WWE. He hardly ever works. The guy's lazy. Then he gets knocked out in a run in and uses that as an excuse to not come out every week. What a crock of shit. The least he could do is put stars over, instead of squashing Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak, Heidenreich, Mark Henry... Though I dont agree with the Great Khali winning. He should feud and lose to Chris Benoit, or Rey Mysterio, or Kane (someone who actually goes out there each and every week), or Edge, or Batista.... guys worth putting over.

Anyways, recent Steiner shoot interview on audio:

Well, you're entitled to your opinion, but I'd hardly call Taker lazy! Sure he doesn't wrestle as often, but so what? When you've been in the business as long as he has, I think he deserves a break every now and then. Plus I think he's realizing that he can't quite go as long as he used to, so this is his way of showing that he's getting ready to slow down, and move aside, and let some of the younger guys take over. And at least you agree with me about Khali when you said: "Though I dont agree with the Great Khali winning. He should feud and lose to Chris Benoit, or Rey Mysterio, or Kane (someone who actually goes out there each and every week), or Edge, or Batista.... guys worth putting over", I agree, a Taker feud with any of these guys, with the exception of Kane, cause that's beating an already dead horse, would be awesome, and that's why Taker's getting screwed by the WWE, cause instead of being put in feuds with these guys, he gets stuck wrestling the Heidenreichs...Mark Henrys...and the Khalis.

It looks like Chris Masters has been pulled off the road effective immediately due to a supposed violation of the WWE Drug Policy. For what it's worth, Chris Masters was advertised to wrestle Carlito at last night's Raw brand house show in Kennewick, Washington, however, he didn't appear on the card. Instead, Carlito wrestled Shelton Benjamin and Rob Van Dam in a three way IC match. Also, Masters is - or was - scheduled to wrestle Carlito at today's Raw brand house show in Kennewick, WA.

Interesting. Thoughts?

Edit: Also, i'm hearing things about JBL's poor physical condition (ie; being a lardass lately) is because he has back problems, meaning he can't train. How he can be in so much pain that he can't train but can wrestle is something I don't understand, but from all the stuff i'm reading he is expected to return at some point after this time, and he isn't completely "retired". Then again, I heard it on the internets, so you know.

Thanks for that link. Also hearing Jake The Snake talk like that... It's unreal, like listening to somebody read from a movie script. He sounds half dead, literally. It's like listening to the zombie corpse of the wisest man in the world, who also happens to be drunk.

People should listen to that.
this makes me laugh a little:

Academy Award winners Juicy J & DJ Paul of the Three 6 Mafia were in the house for Friday Night SmackDown this week. The duo was on location for two reasons. The first was to perform a live rendition of Mark Henry’s theme song. The second reason was simply because they are huge fans of WWE.

On March 5, 2006, Three 6 Mafia made history as they became the first African-American hip-hop group to win an Academy Award for Best Song. They also became the first hip-hop artists to perform at the prestigious ceremony. Fast forward two months later and things just keep getting better for Three 6. Juicy J and DJ Paul were set to perform live at SmackDown.

As expected, Three 6 Mafia rocked the SmackDown fans into a frenzy with their WWE Wreckless Intent track, “Some Bodies Gonna Get It,” which they performed as The World’s Strongest Man made his way down to the ring for his match against Chris Benoit. Unfortunately for Benoit, he was the one who got it that night because Henry utterly destroyed The Rabid Wolverine, severely injuring him to the point of needing immediate medical attention.

While Benoit had an unfortunate evening, Juicy J and DJ Paul absolutely loved their live SmackDown experience. “This was big. This was history for us. We are so hyped right now,” the two gushed. They not only loved seeing the action of WWE live, but the crowd as well. “The fans’ reaction was crazy! We went out there as fans of the WWE itself and then there were all the WWE fans cheering for us, it was crazy, and the crowd was off the hook.”

Three 6 Mafia enjoyed themselves so much that they were practically begging for Mr. McMahon to give them a job with WWE. “This was serious man, this was real serious business, and we want a job with y’all. We’ll do anything, we just want to go out there and perform for the fans,” the two said.
Seeing the action live had all sorts of ideas running through their heads. Juicy J wanted to wrestle, as did DJ Paul. In fact, DJ Paul said if he were a WWE Superstar he would call himself the Grim Reaper, wear a hooded cloak and carry a sickle out to the ring with him. He even had a finishing move in mind; a clothesline that would take his opponents heads off. When asked what they thought the outcome would be if the Three 6 Mafia faced Mark Henry in a Handicap Match, the pair had mixed opinions. DJ Paul thought they would lose, while Juicy J seemed to think they would win because as soon as Henry started to win all the ladies in the arena would storm the ring and come to their aid.

Clearly, the two seemed to have different opinions on their proposed match, but both were in agreement that Henry was a bad man. “We saw Mark Henry right before we went out and he told us if we didn’t rock it he was going to hurt us. Luckily things went the way they did and he hurt Benoit instead.

Three 6 Mafia’s live performance at SmackDown was a big success for all involved. Mark Henry brutally assaulted Chris Benoit, and the Three 6 Mafia got to live a dream of theirs. “We’ve been huge fans since we were kids, since we’ve been pooping in our pants, and now here we are, backstage in the locker room hanging out with all these guys that we’re such huge fans of. This night was awesome man, we loved it,” Paul and Juice confessed.

Be sure to pick up a copy of WWE’s Wreckless Intent CD for Three 6 Mafia’s
they would like be crushed by mark...lol

TheMkGeek, he's not getting time off every now and then. Shawn Micheals is getting time off every now and then. Ric Flair is getting time off every now and then. Undertaker is a very much BELOVED superstar (even though I hate his work, the truth is he's always mega over, world champ over even) and he doesn't see it as necessary to come out there every week to entertain the fans. And hey, that's fine. The wrestler's schedule is the toughest in the world, and they're not gods. If he wants to show up only once in a while, let it be to put the younger talent over. Who has Taker put over lately? He hardly put Orton over. He beat him both at Mania and the Hell in a Cell, which were the defining matches in that feud. He beat Mark Henry every time, he beat Heidenreich everytime (that whole '''whoa'' reaction after defeating him at Survivor Series (?) didn't put him over one bit. You put guys over by having amazing balanced matches with them, or losing to them), Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak, Daivari (Obviously Daivari shouldnt beat Taker but how many times has he been chokeslammed or tombstoned by Taker?)... and how can Taker be put into proper feuds with proper guys to put over if he never wants to work? That feud with Orton was enough bullshit. Come on, how many times did Taker actually wrestle in that feud that lasted MONTHS? How many times did he actually come out on Smackdown! ? Well Orton did every single week. Edge comes out and wrestles every week, and so does Benoit, and Mysterio, and Kane (He should re-feud Taker just so he can finally win. He just deserves it alot more), and Triple H, and Shawn Micheals, and John Cena, and Christian did, and Jericho did.... They need someone to go up agaisnt, and if Taker's feuding them while not coming out... there's only so much you can do.
Ok, so let him keep that ''undefeated at Mania'' crap go on. I can respect that. But if he wants to retire, let him retire. If he wants to work only once in a while (though I bet he makes alot more money than Benoit), then let it be to guys over. He can't be champ if he's not out there every week, period.

Sucks about Mercury. I wonder if masters will be able to maintain his gimmick once out of rehab. I know the you still have to work in order for the juice to be affective, but still. Be interesting to see if there will be some dramitic changes.

Alright, I'll say this right now, try not to faint, after reading all you said, and pondering it over, I can say that I guess I agree with you. But, you really have no idea as to what's going on with Taker. It could be he himself, or maybe the WWE doesn't have as much faith in him as they did before and are running out of things for him, as they do with countless others, so maybe that explains why he's never used that often, I bet you never thought of that!

Come on, man. It doesn't take a team of specialised marketing experts to hear the thundering roar of the crowd everytime the arena goes dark. Everybody (well, except me) loves the Undertaker, he's probably the guy selling the most merchandise right after John Cena and maybe Mysterio. There's always a million signs in the crowd relating to Taker. Always tons of people with the Taker's t-shirt, and I'm pretty sure all the WWE fanboys bought the Undertaker's latest DVD. If it was up to the WWE, they'd be milking the dead man like they're milking Cena. Taker simply doesn't want to be on the road as much (as has been reported a couple of times on nodq.com though I guess it's not 100% trustworthy).
Maybe the WWE couldn't hear the crowd reactions for Christian, but that's because he was small. Taker fits Vince's poster boy perfectly: huge guy, mega over, merchandise machine, and he does TEH CHOKESLAM!!!11!. There's no way that it's the WWE fault's Taker's not involved half as much as he should be.
