Well it looked/sounded like the PPV blew, hopefully someone here saw it and can confirm/deny that.
Can't believe the 'Father, Son, and Holy Spirit Squad' won. :(
Just seen this tidbit on wwe.com:
WWE vs. ECW on USA
April 27, 2006
The USA Network will get extreme on Wednesday night, June 7, when it brings to you WWE vs. ECW Head to Head. This two-hour special will feature Superstars from RAW, SmackDown and ECW and will originate from the Nutter Center in Dayton, OH. To charge tickets by phone, call (937) 228-2323.

Yeah the PPV was a bit of a letdown. I was so sure Edge was going to win too.
But God that was a messy bladejob from Triple H. A 0.7 on the Muta scale i'd say. Triple H is Raw.
It pisses me off that Triple H can't win a championship match though.
Whatever. At least he stole all Cena's thunder ala Hogan vs Warrior. You could be forgiven for thinking that Triple H had won that by the way he was acting - it's hilarious that after he got his ass beaten to a bloody pulp and got pinned, everybody was still too busy literally bowing down to him to pay any attention to the so called "champion".
"...still WWE Champion John Ce * "BOW DOWN TO THE KING!" * na!" *Everybody gets killed by the sledgehammer and Triple H taunts for 2 minutes while the crowd bows down, cheers him, and completely ignores Cena*
RVD vs Shelton was alright. I think it was a good showing by RVD. Sunset flip powerbomb to the floor looked pretty painful.
I was most impressed with Carlito vs Masters. That was a match I wasn't expecting to be so good.
Kane vs Big Show sucked and the crowd was dead. Then the ending was really fucking weird and didn't make any sense, with red lighting all of a sudden and what sounded like Kane's "thoughts" somehow being piped in through the arena speakers for no apparent reason, causing Kane to go crazy, and Big Show to hit him with a chair to put him out of his misery, at which point Big Show just walked away and no winner was declared. Terrible. Worse than Ultimate Warrior appearing in a mirror.

All in all it was an ok ppv, but....and I'm surprised to type this, TNA Lockdown was actually better.
I think I walk away the winner this time, I got the most right,
Here's my picks:
Umaga: 1 for me
Carlito: 2 for me
HBK/god
Trish: 3 for me
RVD: 4 for me
Triple H
Big Show : can't count this one, the match was obviously thrown out.
My score: 4 out of 7!
I hate those panzies The Spirit Squad!! Also, and I must admit this is a first for me, I'm just as surprised as everyone else that Cena won!

Cena overcomes the odds again
Nothing against him, I'm just a bigger fan of the other two.

Awesome finisher from a local indy promotion that i've never seen used anywhere else before. It's a bit dark, but basically he just picks the dude up like a powerbomb and then rests the guy on his shoulders in a torture rack, then the dude spins around a bunch of times and the victim goes flying off like a human helicopter blade. It has to be seen, it looks a lot more spectacular than it sounds. Knox out baby!

The May 19th segments with Kane are NOT to promote his movie, and here is proof:
On May 19, 1998, Kane was revealed to be the result of a furtive union between The Undertaker's mother and Paul Bearer, an employee at the funeral home in Death Valley owned by The Undertaker's parents. When Kane and The Undertaker were children, The Undertaker "accidentally" burned down the funeral home, killing their parents and hideously scarring Kane both physically and mentally (the parents of The Undertaker are supposedly buried somewhere on Long Island; during an episode of RAW taped on Long Island, Kane and Bearer ostensibly exhumed their bodies and brought them to the arena). Bearer, who survived the fire, hid Kane in a mental asylum as he grew up and went on to form an alliance with The Undertaker. After suffering mistreatment at the hands of The Undertaker, Bearer opted to bring Kane in to the WWF in order to gain vengeance upon The Undertaker.

Not sure if anyone answered this for you. Not sure what happend to Hall, he ain't been heard from or seen since his last run in TNA a couple of years ago. As for Nash, it looks like he might be involved with TNA again. During this past Thursday's Impact, it was revealed that this Thursday's Impact, features and interview conducted by Alex Shelly, interviewing Nash. Which will explain more about his absense due to health matters.

I just got home around 45 min ago from my last class of the semester woo hoo as my uncle is watching raw. I hear Joey Styles talk about all the bs the wwe is. And i have one thing to say. Thank you for making people who haven't noticed see the light. Real wrestling isn't in existance in wwe any more. They have talent but they use it so so poorly. I like it and all but its lost almost all of its aura. Its basically a crappy storyline leading into a decent match on ppv and maybe this reemergence of ECW will bring some real wrestling back. I m hoping but idk if it will happen. So again Joey Styles I thank you and maybe vince will acually look at this. killerkill87 Wrote:

Not a great Raw, but not a horrible one I suppose. Cena and HHH looked FUCKED UP.
DX reunion coming soon? I thinks so.
I bet Styles comes back with Sabu, and perhaps Funk, Dreamer, Sandman, and whoever else, but my money is on Sabu. Think Tazz will 'quit' also? ECW rules. Yes it was Vince's idea, however I think they gave Joey the (ECW) freedom to 'shoot', and he did. And it was glorious.
Poor Trish, that looked painful. :(
Edge vs Foley Hardcore rematch next week, should be awesome.
The Odd Squad = worthless idea #40958530
Carlito and RVD................ together?!?!

Looks like Brock Lesnar will, or already has, signed a contract with K1. Press and Brock himself has said he's working on a deal to fight Bobb Sapp. Be great if he pulled out an F5, lol. Sapp has landed a pile-driver on someone before - believe the other guy still wone, though.
Yeah Nash was set to face Jeff Jarret for the NWA's World's Heavyweight Wrestling Championship, but he got sick at the last minute so they replaced him with Rhyno who became the NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW, World's Heavyweight, Wrestling, Champioooon.
Then lost the title the next night.
Then lost the title the next night.

True, but it was still a great "shoot" interview. Someone really does need to tell Vince that, I mean, unscripted, cause it is all true. The WWE's writers don't give a shit about the wrestlers, they just want a paycheck, and Vince, we all know doesn't give a shit about the wrestlers, that's why he never refers to them as such, and hires the lame-ass writers.

Yeah no kidding. I think HHH's we can all say is legit, a little to deep with the blade-job Hunter, LOL!! But for Cena, that's either really good make-up, or something, cause Trips never actually hits someone point blank, he covers the head of the sledgehammer with his hand.
I hope DX reunion, that would be cool. I liked DX, in it's original form with Micheals and Trips, and Chyna, when Shawn left and the other three idiots joined, then they became lame. It's like the NWO, when it was Hogan/Hall/Nash, it was cool, after everyone started to join the NWO, it was still cool, but way to watered down. IMO!

Yeah, the match should be good, not quite 'Wrestlemania' good, but alright.
LOL! The Spirit Squad suck, they're the worst thing Vince has come up with in the last 10 years.
I hope the two of them tag together for awhile. I like RVD, and I've always liked Carlito, and the idea of them as a team is cool.
