If they make Orton job to Taker well atleast, after the match, let have Taker help Orton up and rise his hand. That would be a show of respect. It would be like if Taker is saying "here's the future of wrestling".
I've always liked when wrestlers shake hands or help the other one get up. I remember I saw in a WCW PPV after Goldberg defeated Sting he helped him to the back or something. That was pretty cool I.M.O.

Just thinkin'...

The way i'd like to see it go down, is Taker beats the crap out of Orton...
Fin.

J/ktongue

Taker beats the crap out of Orton, Orton makes a comeback and dishes out some punishment, and it ends up somehow that Taker takes a nice RKO bump from the stage to the floor or something, and of course Orton goes with him. They're both unable to continue so the match is stopped and they call it a no contest. Orton could then recover and show up on Raw the following day yammering about how he beat Taker etc, and Taker could take a week or two off, with the explaination that he was pretty badly injured during the RKO bump. This way, Taker puts Orton over without actually losing his streak, and I guess it could also get Orton a bit of heel heat as he runs his mouth off about how he beat the hell out of Taker (without actually winning,of course), how he's a legend killer, how the fight shouldn't have been stopped, etc.

I don't think the WWE should have Orton go over Taker, and I think Taker's streak should remain at 13 - 0. See, it's like this, we all know Taker's career has seen it's better days, and is going to be at it's end soon (I know it hurts but it's true), so I think that even if he never wins another WWE title (which I hope he does), he should at least keep his unbeaten at Mania streak! What a great way to end a fantastic career such as his! Taker is the man!
Besides, I hate Orton with a passion any way, so why should Taker job to a loser like him?!

I Agree with you on Takers Wrestlemania Streak being 13-0.
No way in hell should Orton beat Taker, Orton is good but Taker beat the hell out of Wrestler Bigger and Stronger than him! It will be Pretty Dumb if Orton Won!

Well, Orton's already bested (yes, bested) Benoit for the title, & he's had a long running fued with Evolution, what more do ya'll want? You want Taker's legacy ruined at the expense of pushing a young superstars heel (to whom has many years ahead of himself in the business)?

Seriously, just let Taker retain his undefeated winning streak! Can we at least have that?!! Can they at least do that right?! Taker's been screwed over by the WWE on numerous occasions (lost/ stolen titles to which should have his) thus, they can AT LEAST leave him with his streak untouched before he retires. I hope they don't pull off another Brett Hart Vs Shawn Michaels scam again.

Taker having his over a decade long winning streak handed over to him by Orton (not to down his ability as an athlete, the lad's got a lot of potential), would be a disgrace to the entire U.S. Military!

Ok, you got guys like King Kong Bundy, Jimmy Snuka, Jake Roberts, Triple H, Kane(2x), and Ric Flair whom Undertaker beaten during his WrestleMania streak. so why, oh why should Randy fucking Orton be the almighty wrestler to end Taker's winning streak over all these other top name performers.

I don't care if it might help Orton by winning over Taker, the WWE already tried over-pushing Orton last year and it failed miserably, hell they even gave him a run with the World Title and that didn't work. so sacraficing Taker for Randy Orton for another possible failed push would be the worst possible idea to do. Ortons not even that over anymore so why even bother. Batista and Cena are the ones the WWE should be catering to.

I would love to see at Mania, after Taker and Orton have their match, Taker tombstones Orton 1..2...3! the crowd cheers. Taker than summons his Druid Henchman wheeling out a Casket with the evil music and the purple lights!, the casket opens, Taker rolls Orton in the coffin and with the creepy music in the background, the druids wheel the helpess soul to the back all the while Undertaker's music play and does his victory post center ring with the fans cheering at his 13-0 winning streak!

I've had Christians song for quite a while. I have most of the wwe superstar themes if there are any that you want and can't find pm me and I'll upload it to the net for you to download (if I have it that is). And as for Ortons title run... if im not mistaken he defended it once and then lost it. I don't really remember the exact amount of time he had the title. I just remember he lost it real quick, before he could even prove to be a good or bad champion.

Shit, Right now, I have exactly 316 Wrestling themes from past and present from the WWE and WCW and only one from ECW that I collected over the years. I'am still trying to find some more when I have the time. and yeah, Christian's theme is awesome.

As for Randy Orton's title reign. his reign went from August 15 2004 - September 12 2004 which was a total of 4 weeks/28 days.

face it, his reign as Champion sucked WHICH IS THE REASON WHY IT LASTED SO SHORT! he wasn't gaining any intrest on Raw and fans refused to cheer for Orton because of how much his push has failed at that time. why do you think the WWE dropped his pushed after he lost the title.

I think it was more a case of HHH not having the belt then it was Orton not being over... Orton was/is mad over...he had a short title run because HHH is givin Vince's daughter the sausage express.

Were you even watching RAW? The fan's were cheering for him...soon as the yellow lightning came on before his theme songs the fans would start screaming. It was so loud you couldn't even hear his intro music. How long do you think JBL would have had the title if he was on RAW along with Triple H? About 5 seconds me thinks. I'm worried the same thing will happen to Batista if he wins the WHC.

Randy Orton's popularity got a boost once he won the World title, but it didn't take long for him to lose momentum, and the WWE decided to pull the title off him. I agree that the belt should not have gone back to Triple H though, Orton should have lost it back to Benoit, who was btw, a hell of allot more popular than Orton!

JBL would have likelly still kept the title if he was on Raw, cause Vince loves JBL so much, and keeps shoving him down our throats! As for being worried about the same thing happening to Batista when he wins the title, as happened to Orton, don't even compare Batista to Orton! Dave's the better wrestler, and is more popular, and waaayyy over with the crowd, which Orton can't even relate to, so I think Batista is going to have a long reign!

Orton's push did fail though, hell, at the Royal Rumble, the crowd were cheering for Triple H and a "randy Orton sucks" chant broke out. nowandays, hes not getting the big pop the WWE is expecting. so thats why hes been shoved down to mid-card status. where he belongs.

Actually, i've just realised something. I suck.

Why is it that i've been putting JBL down for having such average in ring skills, when i'm all about Batista, yet his skills are equally bland?
Forearm shots, couple of irish whips... he's more or less just the same standard heavyweight type of wrestler as JBL, with less rest holds (or so it seems).

Maybe Batista just has this intensity thing about him that sort of masks it or something.

Speaking of which, Batista should keep his mouth closed when he gets all 'fired up', heh. "C'mon!" X 17099999994 gets old pretty quick.

I just got this off nodq.com, here is the link for the article:

Lita Cheated On Matt Hardy With Edge?

~Credit - The Torch

This past week Matt Hardy confirmed on his personal website's messageboard that he has in fact broken up with Amy Dumas (Lita) and that reports are true that Lita has been cheating on him. What wasn't posted on Matt's site is that the person Lita was cheating on him with is actually a close friend of Matt's and a fellow WWE superstar. That superstar is EDGE. We have confirmation that Edge, who himself was recently married, has been having an affair on the road with Lita and that it was Edge's wife that contacted Matt Hardy directly about the situation.

Insider sources tell us that WWE management is extremely angry at Edge over what they consider the height of improper conduct among their employees. Edge and Matt Hardy have been close friends for several years, as both The Hardy Boyz and Edge & Christian broke into the company together and made eachothers' careers during their series of high-risk stipulation matches (inclding the innovative TLC matches) over the WWE Tag Team Championships. There is a feeling backstage that Edge's behavior with Lita is a politically crippling move that has the potential to seriously threaten his career.

Matt Hardy is currently on the sidelines with an injury but will be returning to the road on March 19th. With both Matt and Edge currently on the RAW roster, things should get pretty interesting backstage.

Check back soon for more on this shocking story.

I thought Edge was better than that. This is the perfect time for the WWE to take advantage of this and turn it into a storyline.I would do that but it maybe too real.

I thought Lita had a little more class than that!!!

Also if WWE is going to have another push, get rid of Triple H for awhile. I Know it not going to happen but they need to try that! Having triple H win the belt to many time is what is losing the fans Interest! If he needs a belt let him win the Tag Titles with Ric !!

Probably. It wouldnt surprise me if they let HHH keep the title another month...or year. And even if Batista does win the title, he'll lose it just as fast.
But then again, are there any wrestlers left that are worthy of the either one of the Championship belts? IMO, only Beniot, Booker T, and Taker. Maybe Jericho if he hadn't cut his damn hair.

their are PLENTY of challgers for the World Titles...

on Raw, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Kane, Edge, HBK, Batista, and Flair are all worthy challergers for the World Title.

on SmackDown, you got Big Show, Kurt Angle, Eddie, Undertaker, Cena,RVD, and Booker T to challenge for the WWE tite.

as for the Matt/Lita/Edge story. heh, looks like the type of storyline the WWE would come up with. hopfully this mean Matt Hardy would go back to SmackDown to get away from Edge and Lita?

Guys, I hate to break it to ya, but the Matt/Edge/Lita rumors are false. I know Edge's wife, no joke. I would not b.s. about something like this, and she said "Matt said he was going to put it on his site that it has nothing to do with Adam. These are rumors and nothing more. They circle about every1 in the business at least 3 times in their career." So, might as well drop this line of thought now..*shrugs*
