What an incredible SmackDown! all around. SmackDown! currentlly has some of the best champions ever. Eddie - WWE Champ, Cena - US Champ, Chavo - Cruiser Champ, Too Cool - tag team champs!. the wrestling tonight was great, very little backstage segments, and who did not mark the fuck out when The Undertaker's theme played, smoked filled the arena, purple lights surrounded the arena and Undertaker came out with Paul bearer holding the Urn!. That was the coolest moment ever, and that tombstone to heyman looked devistating. what a great way to end SmackDown!. PLEEEEEEASE keep Undertaker on SmackDown! after the lottery PLEASE!!!

Yeah Sd was great this week. The Undertaker Tombstoning Heyman was funny as hell, Rey and Eddie pushed him into Taker, it was hilarious. Lots of news today, some you know already.

The feeling backstage is that WWE is making too many major changes to the roster when they hold the draft lottery on Monday. While there will be some big changes for each brand, there is talk that WWE will not make a huge amount of roster changes. There is a rumor going around backstage that Steve Austin will be sent to Smackdown. Austin has previously stated that he prefers to work on live shows. Many wrestlers are hoping to go to or remain on Smackdown since the feeling of their lockerroom is more relaxed.
Smackdown Brand High On Chavo, Officials Critical Of Lita Since Return:
The backstage feeling on the Smackdown brand is that wrestlers are surprised at how well Chavo Guerrero Sr. has been fitting in backstage. Most heard that he had a big ego and would be hard to get along with. There are reports saying that he has been trying his hardest to get along with everyone.
WWE officials have been critical of Lita since she returned from neck surgery. Many feel that she has not been comfortable in the ring since her return. Those who defend her say that the reason people think that is because she does not take as many risks as she used to prior to the injury.
NWA-TNAs TV Deal, WrestleMania XX Booking Note:
On Wednesday, Jeff Jarrett told the TNA locker room that he was well aware of the rumors going around about TNAs TV deal with Fox Sports Network. He said that he would not comment on the rumors until the time is right.
While most fans did not enjoy the Cruiserweight Open match at WrestleMania XX, the wrestlers who were involved with the match were very happy with the match. The match was designed to help build to the main event and not steal the show. WWE booked the entire show to build to the main event and help create a hot crowd for it.
The WWE home video department is in the planning stages for releasing the Hall of Fame induction ceremony on DVD. Also in pre-production is a Four Horsemen DVD, this comes after the success of the Ric Flair DVD which was WWEs hottest seller as of late.
Brock Lesnar was being advertised for localized shows during SmackDown last night. Lesnar is advertised as appearing or wrestling at shows. Ads were sent to UPN in advance, obviously before Lesnar made the decision to walk away from the company. Be assured that Lesnar will not be appearing at any WWE show anytime soon.

WASHINGTON (AP) Could there be another President Johnson in the White House one day? The Rock isnt ruling out that possibility. The action star and former professional wrestler, whose real name is Dwayne Johnson, spoke at both the Democratic and Republican conventions in 2000 to encourage people to register to vote.
When AP Radio asked whether hed like to enter politics himself, he said: Possibly, you never know. Maybe one day. Absolutely. I talked to Arnold (Schwarzenegger) about that, too.
Well see. One day, maybe President Johnson, he added with a laugh.
The Rocks new movie, Walking Tall, opens April 2. Its inspired by the 1973 original about real-life Tennessee Sheriff Buford Pusser.
Official WWE SmackDown! Preview (3/25): First Look At "New" Smackdown:
The following is an article from WWE.com:
Join SmackDown! when the new era begins from Grand Rapids, Michigan. On RAW this week, the current Superstars of both RAW and SmackDown! will come together for a draft lottery that will determine the future course for both WWE brands. Watch RAW to see the draft first-hand, and then tune into the first SmackDown! in this new era. SmackDown! General Manager Paul Heyman said that he welcomes change after his Superstars abandoned him two weeks ago when Stone Cold Steve Austin gave Heyman the Stunner, will he be happy with the results of the lottery? Watch SmackDown! and find out.
Which teams will be broken up? What rivalries will end? Who will be the first to engage in new rivalries? Watch RAW to see the draft lottery and watch SmackDown! at 8/7 CT on UPN to see the beginning of the new era. Dont miss it!
With the recent announcement that the WWE will be adding 2 Pay-Per-View events to their yearly schedule, one might assume cable industry executives would be excited about the potential spike in PPV revenue this would generate. This isnt necessarily the case, however, as some cable operators have questioned the decision to run 3 PPVs within a 6-week period. Remember that there once was a time when WCW and ECW were in full force that we saw as many as 4 PPV events in a 6-week period. The first of the new PPV events will take place in June with another 2 new PPV events being added next year as well. That would bring the annual total of PPV events up to 16 for the WWE.
Tuesday's edition of The Boston Globe featured a piece on John Cena. The article focuses on Cenas mix of rap and wrestling. John also talks about how he first started out with the gimmick as a Vanilla Ice spoof, rather than an Eminem rip off. Cena continues to produce his CD, titled Underground, recording 18 tracks already. The album is slated to be released in the summer.

Well, theyve dont it again. gotten rid of the best and kept the worst. seriously it doesnt surprise me they got rid of farooq, they did it to raven (who deserves a universe more respect then they gave him), scott hall, ernest miller, lance storm, they killed al snow, they brutilised X-Pac and billy gunn, they killed nash's story, they killed the original kane when he came back with only half a mask, and as much as i dont wanna belive it, theyre probably gonna do it to taker pretty soon too, even though hes only just returned.

Ehh, there is a difference between the two. All-Star suffered from a lot of problems. The didn't really have any contracted wrestlers, the shows were all wrestling and no storyline, and management kept changing. But with TNA they are close to what ECW was when they started up (sans the extreme). Just like ECW though they do have amazing young talent, they do have an established arena, and they blend in just a little storyline in with the wrestling. I think there only fault is the way they kiss the "vetrans" asses, leaving the main event there weakest point.

Well, Ernest Miller was absoluetly awful. He got 0, zip, nada, absolutely NO reaction whatsoever from the crowd. It was like anytime he came out was the equivalent of a commercial break, so you could go to the john. He wasn't helping WWE at all.
I didn't get to see Smackdown because I was moving into a new house and didn't have cable, but they have the video on the WWE site showing Taker coming out and tombstoning Heyman, and I just can NOT stop watching it. The crowd was absolutely ballistic about it, and I don't think I've ever seen a crowd so riled up in a long-ass time.
Final opinion: Heyman, while I don't exactly like him or his voice, is performing the role of General Manager better than Bischoff is. Bischoff seems too scared at times to be the dick everyone associates him as. He's not like he was when he was part of the nWo in WCW. Remember this line after he fired a referee, and the referee brought his family to plead with Bischoff to get his job back:
"Hey kids, will you tell your daddy... that he's still fired?"
Bischoff should have turned on HHH when he lost the title to Goldberg, instead of being a wuss every time HHH is around him.

Yea i know what ur talkin about. Like on Raw last Mon, when Evolution confronted Bischoff about the lottery Vince announced. Eric looked like he wa gonna crap his pantz. At least Heyman can stand up to his talent. Minus the Undertaker of course.

Some news on the REAL reason why Farooq was fired:
The reason Ron Simmons was released from WWE was actually because of a drug related issue that he refused to seek help for or even acknowledge. Some are even going as far as to say that may have been the reason for him standing up to The Big Show last week.
Simmons was also said to be very unpleasant when it came to last weekends WMXX PPV. He was ticked off that WWE would not get him a personal limo from the hotel to MSG the night of the show. He was asked to take the private bus rented by WWE for all of the superstars to ride on. Apparently that wasn't good enough for his standards though.
===============================
Drugs are bad, stay away from them.
Some backstage info:- Many backstage are surprised at how well Chavo Guerrero Sr. is fitting in backstage. Most had heard that he had a big ego during his prime and would be hard to get along with. On the contrary, reports are that he has been bending over backwards to get along with everyone.

====================
Lita is probably the only WWE Diva I like not for her looks but she didnt act as slutty and fake as the rest of the WWE divas.
EDIT:I just noticed MKGeek already posted the news on Lita and Chavo sr.Sorry.

Um, Dude, Glen Jacobs has played Kane sence his debute in 97 all the way to the bald Kane you see on Raw. He just happened to slim down a bit when he was injured in 2002.

Here's a bit of news:
David "British Bulldog" Smith's autopsy results were disclosed today by British Columbia's Coroner Shawn Jestley.
"Investigation revealed, that in his profession, Mr. Smith had used anabolic steroids in the past. Injectable anabolic steroid and paraphernalia was seized by the coroner. Analysis of the anabolic steroid revealed trenbolone acetate. The above described changes in the fibrous connective tissues are consistent with previous anabolic steroid use."
Smith, who passed away on 5/17/02, died while vacationing with his girlfriend and sister-in-law Andrea Hart.
(Doesn't really tell ya much, does it?!)
It is being reported that Ron Simmons release was due to inappropriate behavior during last weekends WrestleMania festivities. Simmons had been reportedly been considering retirement, and becoming a road agent with WWE. With his releases this past week, it does not look like that will happen after all.
- WWE talent backstage are anxiously waiting to hear how the draft lottery will affect their schedules on RAW this Monday. Most wrestlers have no clue at which brand they will end up on after Monday.
The draft lottery announcement on RAW this past week caught the lockerroom by surprise and has the lockerroom a bit nervous with the anticipation for the draft and the impact it will have on their future.
In order to encourage TV stations and advertisers, the WWE has launched an advertising campaign showing how it is a great way to reach the 12-34 year old demographic. The ad, with the slogan Think Outside the Ring, will run on Multichannel News, Broadcasting & Cable, Advertising Age, Ad Week, Brand Week, Media Week, and Hollywood Reporter. They will be using the buzz created from WrestleMania XXs mainstream exposure to help launch the ad campaign.
- On the recent WWE tour of South Africa, Air Tran officials complained about the conduct of some WWE personnel during the chartered flights. One of the main complaints was that the wrestlers didnt pay for any alcohol while on the flights. The confusion may have come from the fact that flight attendants didnt ask for payment and immediately offered Brock Lesnar and Sable drinks once they stepped on the plane along with others. Also during the security check before boarding the plane, some wrestlers began joking with the security staff as a way to cure the boredom, however some saw this as bullying and inappropriate.
(Not much in the line of news, it is too bad about Ron Simmons.)

That was one of the best Smackdowns. All of the Gauntlet matches & the Chmpionship match were great. I kept saying "Oh shit!" during the Big Show/Mysterio match.
I'm dissapointed that the WWE let Faarooq go. APA was one of the best teams they had. But if he did act like that then what can you do.
I really wish they'd split up TWGTT & the Dudleys. Shelton is carrying the team. I thought he would go into singles when they brought him in.
The Dudleys have won too many times with their one gimmick.
I'm glad they're adding more PPVs. Some of the single show PPV's were lackluster at best. We all know the one in June is King of the Ring. Because the tournament was a great build up tool for the company and that's something they really need nowadays.

Yea, the Dudleys should be split up again. Bubba did pretty good on his own. D von didnt fare so well. Didnt he become a preacher or somthin? Pretty stupid. I also think Shelton could go on his own and become a very popular wrestler. Guess we'll see Monday..........
