Ah yes, we were all young and stupid back then. Now we're just stupid.

I can't believe I can recall every single Halloween costume I've dressed up in since Kindergarten. Not too many people I know, well, everyone I know can't recall all of their costumes. So far I've been:

That was from Kindergarten to last year. This year I'm going as a French Maid and my boyfriend's going to be some rich guy I'm working for.

I really wanted to be the Saw puppet for the year I was the Joker, but we had this stupid rule at my school that you can only wear a mask if it was stuck to your costume. If it was a removeable mask, you couldn't wear it... I wanted to ride around on a mini-bike passing classes because I wanted to get into character... But I did a good Joke impression anyways... I love this time of the year.

So I'm pretty sure my Xbox 360 (the Elite version, purchased circa August 2007) is gonna die on me any day now. I was enjoying my regular "Halo: Reach" hours last night when the colors got all fucked up about 30 minutes into it. I came up with the "brilliant" conclusion that the problem was definitely the HDMI cable, so I disconnected it and used the regular RCA cables. The video quality obviously went down A LOT, but it looked exactly like it was supposed to. While playing earlier today, the same thing happened with the RCA cables and it got so bad that I could barely even see what was going on. Turning off the console for a while and turning it back on is a temporary fix, but today this "solution" lasted only some 10 minutes.

Anybody think it ISN'T a major problem and that I WON'T have to buy a new console?

Might be your disc. I had a problem with the Reach disc where everything (even when I tried to play Sonic 4 off my hard drive) ran insanely slow for a while, then when I switched back to Reach I got the disc unreadable prompt. I cleaned the disc and now it works fine, but I hear you on the old XBOX thing, mine is starting to get up there in age, I got it on Christmas of 2007.

I gathered college students for drunken Mario Party which is one of my favourite weekday night passtimes haha, but if I'm not mistaken you are in the vacinity where we can actually go shot for shot. Maybe on winter break or something. :P

So DQ couldn't do a Finding Nemo cake lastminute so I went ALL over London in search of Nemo stuff to put on the cake. I later laughed at the irony: A worried single father looking everywhere for Nemo..lol I DID in fact find that Merla mae (better ice cream store) CAN do the Finding Nemo cake, so.. Got that done. Special thanks go to DQ for telling me lastminute, btw

Dude, I am totally down. I take pride in my Mario Party skills, at least the N64 incarnations... I'm a beast at those games.

Also, being Irish, I take pride in my mad drinking skills as well. Beer pong is another one of my skills, lol.

Finally, with this post I hereby declare my allegiance to the Rent Is Too Damn High Party. Look it up, you'll be amazed.

I used to be a beast at the N64 ones. I loved this one minigame called 'bumper balls' where you were standing on a ball and had to hit each other off of a platform haha. One thing I remember about those games is that the bonus stars were like 'most coins' and 'most minigames won.' So whoever won the most minigames, would have the most coins, and therefore get two bonus stars, and always like win. I'm glad they changed that up in the newer ones. What else can I say. Oh yeah. The old games play so slow if you're used to the newer ones. It's almost like, painful. Man, like. After playing new Pokemon games, ever try playing Pokemon Blue. It's so slow it hurts.

I was the man at beer pong with short bootleg makeshift tables in the dorm rooms, but haha when it's a legitimate table I'm pretty awful. I mean, I can usually make like three cups in, but never all six, so I depend more on my partner.

I'm typing so much for no reason. But I'm going to end this by saying, word yo! We're both representing the Irish flag here on MKO.
