Well, I got into a huge argument with a friend about her taste in men, specifically, one she's pursuing, and who's pursuing her, only he wants to just sleep with her, while she wants a commitment.

I believe that he's too fragile from his recent break-up and falling out with his ex to want anything substantial, with my evidence being he went from being interested in my friend to only wanting sex from her, joining a dating website after she told him she wanted a commitment, admitting on said website he's looking for an "intimate encounter," proposing to my friend that they be in an open relationship where if she doesn't like what's going on, or finds someone willing to be in a real relationship with her, she can leave at any time. Also, to celebrate her finishing her studying for her big exam, he told her a story about how horny he gets her and how he wishes he was back in the city to see her.

Apparently, none of this is dashing her hopes that he'll heal and come through, wanting to be only friends with her, and develop something more with a greater base. Yup.

Jerrod, is this a friend that you plan on staying strictly platonic with, or do you hope she forgets about this guy and falls for you one day? I have advice for both instances.

Lol I agree. I think I'm going to have to drink my way through this class though. It seems lame. And the teacher and 75% of the class are strange. Pleaseeee take this class with me and be my anti-beer!!!

Strictly platonic. I'm thinking about just letting her make her own mistakes, as I personally think that the only way she'll stop putting him in such a high position is if he brings himself down in her eyes. I mostly just felt like ranting about that because I'm hoping I'm not crazy in assuming the worst compared to her optimism.

I hate the Dmv. There is no such thing as a God when your at the Dmv. Yeah I mean the Department of Motor Vehicles in Lodi, NJ. Why do they make 8 seperate lines 2 miles long outside the door to wait on & people bring the babies crying & the amount of arguing that takes place is crazy(6 points/suspended licensing) & it's no air conditioning.

Somebody about to get stomped this weekend if I gotta go back there. All I wanted to do is renew my license/ upgrade from the provisional. I should fund & invent the EZ pass line one day for all Dmvs.

Haha I took my driving test in Lodi because it's impossible to fail there. The instructors are rad.

Anyways, I just got my new license. My new picture is 1000x better than my old picture. The place was empty. There were literally like less than fifteen people in the building, including workers.
