GOD I can't stand sword wielding characters! Espeically when they look really cool and I don't wanna use an uninteresting weapon.

Actually it dosen't that has never happend to me once and plus you can't find one game that dosen't have some kind of glitch.
So in other words, you'll defend a broken game to the death regardless of upside down fighting, a guard impact system much more screwed up than the one in Soul Calibur II, and other issues sprinkled throughout the game. Gotcha. That reminds me of back when MK:D came out and people were excusing the magic "flying" you could do by mashing the style change button by saying "all games have glitches." Which, btw, is not entirely true. Nor are all glitches created equal. I've yet to see something as screwed up as upside down fighting in most other games.
That's true, although there are even some of the more popularly played games out there like MVC2 for example, it's rare, fun, popular but little do most people know that that game is broken also believe it or not...with air infinites. PM MasterMalone, he explained it very well in a few threads on here within the past year or so for the people that don't believe me.
Especially in fighting games, there will always be something to "abuse" despite how trivial or serious the level of the glitch may be. Are there better games out there? Yeah, are any of them glitchless? Hell no...

Nintendo is comprised of three Japanese words. Nin, Ten, Dou, and when combined it means we kicked the holy shit outta Atari.
Soul Calibur III, however, has a glitch that corrupts your memory card.
Big difference, there, I'd say.
I also have very little experience with Soul Calibur III Arcade Edition so I don't know what changes were made there.
MvC2 is poorly balanced, yes. Very few infinites, however, are easy to exploit. In general, they require very specific circumstances before they can be taken advantage of. But, yeah, the game is highly flawed.

Ohh wow lol, I didn't know about the glitch that corrupts your memory card...ouch that's bad lol. I just read about the overall game not being that great, glitchy, infinites etc I played it once, didn't like it I have to admit compared to SC2.
They actually made an arcade edition revision huh? I'm guessing it's in Japan only?
I dont like Setsuka's new design, nor did I like her last one.
The designers certainly are taking advantage of female anatomy to attract gamers. Yawn! (Why cant we have a guy with a huge bulge lol?)

No, it's here. The arcade by me had a machine before they closed up (though rumor is that they're just moving location).

Yeah. Though Soul Calibur is supposed to take place during the Early Modern period...a whole 300 years before Queen Victoria. I don't mind historical rewrites in games. Hell, Maxi uses nunchaku which weren't invented until the 20th century. But I feel like they're really stretching it. An android? Really? They should just put KOS-MOS in the game and be done with it.
Tekken has done the crazy contraptions like Mokujin and Jack. I feel like Soul Calibur should do more than use those same core concepts and just throw a more eclectic and colorful motif on it to get a new SC guy.

They also have every MK arcade game(older games), Tekken, VF and I believe KI among MvC etc.

Er, you DO know KOS-MOS is in Soul Calibur III as an unlockable costume, right?
Okay, here's my take on a few things.
First, Soul Calibur III is my favorite fighting game of all time, bar none. It's beautiful, fluid, fast, frentic, frustrating, and ultimately fun. Sure, there are a few low points, like the Tales of the Sword strategy game crap, but the main fighting game engine is amazing. Concerning the glitches, yes, they exist. You know what? There has never, ever, ever been a glitch-free game. It doesn't exist. All those "game-breaking" glitches are really only discovered and abused by the absolutely insane power players that spend all their time specifically trying to find ways to abuse the system. With the exception of the memory card corruption glitch, which has never happened to me (I read how to avoid it), most glitches, even in Soul Calibur III, will never be seen by the casual fighting game player. And even if they WERE more pervasive, that would still not deter my enjoyment of that game. Mass Effect and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion have a ton of glitches I've seen, some game-ending, and yet I still enjoy those games as well.
Next, concerning women and breasts. I will admit, I'm not too fond of Soul Calibur IV seemingly glorifying the boobs of its women. Ivy's outfit is so completely impractical it's ludicrous and tasteless. Setsuka's breasts defy gravity the way a DOA girl's does playing volleyball. I don't like it. That being said, it's a give and take. Soul Calibur has plenty of fangirls as well, and not too many people are complaining about typically shirtless beefcakes like Yungseong, Mitsurugi, Kilik, Rock, Maxi, or a few others. And for every scantily dressed girl, we get one like Talim, Seong Mina, Hilde, Xianghua, or Amy. The boobs should not be the focus, nor do I believe it will be. It's fanservice to be sure, and it might be tasteless, but it doesn't negate the fact that it's going to be a good game. Did Chun-li's shower scene in Street Fighter II The Animated Movie "ruin" the kick-ass fight scene that followed? No. Did Anna and Nina's sexpot attitudes and endings in Tekken ruin the franchise for me? Hardly. Ultimately, it's just fanservice and I turn a blind eye toward it. Is Setsuka still a good character with great potential, beyond her boobs? I think so, and that's what's most important.
Concerning the character designs in general, I love them. They can be different and unexpected, but they're always visually appealing and ground in some semblence of reality. Are they always appropriate for, you know, battle? No way. But then again, if I was Maxi, I wouldn't bring nunchucks to a fight against a 9-foot tall rock monster with a giant axe. The game is fantasy, and the costumes are fantastical. They are both colorful, well designed, and memorable. Having a cast of characters wearing "period-authentic" clothing would be incredibly dull, boring, and unimaginative. The artists instead put forth great effort to add flourish and embelishment to the foundations of what was once "period-authentic" clothing to instead make it something more suitable to a fantasy fighting game with fantasy elements. You'll never see an "authentic" suit of armor like the one Seigfried is wearing, but it's still bound by the workings of traditional suits of armor. You'll never see a pirate wearing garb like Cervantes, but it is purely an exaggeration of uniforms worn by seafarers and pirates in the past. Does it take artistic liberties? Yes, and it's also a fantasy game, and I can deal with that.
Also, I had never seen this trailer before. New? Old? Trailer

Yes. That's why I brought it up. In the end, though, Soul Calibur III has more broken things in it than Soul Calibur II. SCII had a lot of homogeny (which wasn't exactly cool) but it did allow for decent balance.

She does.
One thing that kind of surprised me with the recent trailer were the armor breaks...in particular Xianghua's. I mean dang her outfit practically vaporized and that was just one armor break. She's going to have practically nothing if she gets all three done. Because it's not just the outer shirt, her shorts and top underneath get ripped up too.
