excellent news all around. finally i'll be able to kick noob's ass with smoke. the motor kombat sounds insane. havn't seen the select screen yet, but i'm glad all the mksm reptile talk will be put to rest....thank god....me loves reptile....but me hates hearing about how he doesn't look like a ninja.

NO Tag Team. That made my day. Motor Kombat? Nice sounds cool as I am an old Mario Kart fan. Still would like to see puzzle returning but anyways - this is great news!

I'm about to strangle somebody.

I knew the mystery mode had high chances of being bad, with the blackout around it.
I never would have thought they'd go to the ONE genre I have no care for.

The creepiest shit is that I was JUST classifying for sure that racing games are crap to me.

I am so happy...... Noob Saibot and Smoke are Seperate, I wonder what will be their storyline ( Hope smoke regains his soul back, and sees that after what noob has done to him, will make him pay).


Motor Kombat sounds fun...... Chess and Puzzle kombat were boring, I played them twice then i didn't play hem any more, Motor Kombat sounds fun.

PS: Since there was the select screen in the Magazine, I hope that Midway will post it on their site.

Awesome issue - a Saint's Row demo + a MKA cover story. Wow doesnt get much better than that. Should be on news stands the beginning of August

great news MK:T was my favorite 2d game and i reali like the idea of that select screen. grin and reptiles MK:SM outfit looks kool im soo glad its not his MK:DA one. and noob-smoke seperation YEAAAAAAAAAAAA i carnt wait to play them now they have been modified they where crap to play in MK:D but now they should have 2 different fighting styles each and a weapon gringringrin i wonder what smokes weapon will be ?....

Motor Kombat I'm guessing will be somqhat like Mario Kart, and that's one fun game can't wait. But this separate Noob and Smoke and playable Inferno Blaze, maybe they've come to these forums and looked at our thoughts?

hells yeah seperate nnob and smoke. cart racing looks better than my first thought, i thought you would be on some kind of a mine cart. maybe since they made all these changes, they might have changed fighting styles too.

omg kombat kart...it's great, I really loved playing crash bandicoot racing...kart games can be so much fun...it's insane

the new select screen is of course much better than the old one

and to everyone that is waiting for k / chameleon I've been thinking and why would boon run out of returning characters right now if he can save two of the most antecipated characters for the next gen mk and make it a hit?

I mean, why the hell would he make us wait 4 games just to bring back one hit wonders like those two? I'm guessing that a) they'll never be back again or b) they'll be the new faces ok the next mk since everyone wants them back (can't understand you people...)

I only now just saw that link. For future reference to anybody that wants to post the actual scans or post links to the scans... DON'T DO IT. Posting published material without the consent of the owners is illegal. It won't be tolerated. The link won't be up much longer.

Great news!
I'd like to share something though...

In each MK game random select is done by up+start on the topmost left or topmost right character in the select screen. So I guess that gives a huge chance that those two ? are either secret characters or the ones you create maybe?
