Fantastic! I love it! I hated Onaga and did not like his story but this makes him a decent character in my eyes. Keep it up Midway!

Another wack bio...
I personally can't stand this whole "bad-guy-team-up" plot, I think its cheesy and uncreative, even if its temporary.
Also, I agree with Grimm.

It was Nightwolf who imprisoned Onaga's soul. Remember his bio?
"After imprisoning Onaga's corrupt soul, I was released from the Netherrealm..."
When Onaga took over Reptile's body, he reshaped him into was his true form. Remember Reptile's MK:DA ending?
"Reptile's world was filled with a roaring power as his squamous body was twisted and transformed..."
...or his Deception Trading Card bio?
"Reptile's body was possessed by the soul of the Dragon King and was transformed to resemble the former ruler of Outworld."
So apparently, Onaga's form when he possessed Reptile was what his true form looked like. So when returned to his original body, he'd look the same.......which he does.
As seen in Sindel's ending...even though it's apparently non-canon...when Onaga's spirit is exorcised from Reptile, Reptile will return to his previous form or his semi-evolved form (hence his MK:SM appearance) as many speculated would happen before Armageddon came out. I assumed it will be explained when Reptile's bio is released.

Great awesome Bio,
Hope 2 see Chameleons BIO soon
Hope 2 see Chameleons BIO soon
for tgrant, and people discussing what onagas former body looked like
WATCH SINDELS ENDING IN MKD
you can clearly see the body laying in the tomb in which see stabs her kwan do into looks IDENTICAL to that of which the dragon king you fight against during the game.
would also explain "covered in dragons blood" when he awoke
still dont make sense how he lived when his former body awoke and was only "covered in dragons blood" ( my favorite line of the bio though ) and not dead.
plotholes.....
oh wait, noone ever really dies in mk

A well written bio, and the best so far, but still is crap. Still they don't think of the fact that if his body returned to that body, then it would still be Reptile's body. Plus, as tgrant said, the body in Sindel's ending changed immediately back to Reptile's original form. You figure that the body was there for a while, it wasn't seconds or minutes for that matter, but more or less days or weeks. The body would have changed back.
I wish they would consider their story that they have before they just write this crap.

Dude, the bio said that he returned to his ORIGINAL BODY. Reptile, clearly was not his original body. As for the confusion as to whether Onaga's dragon form is his true one, others have mentioned that Onaga's skeletal remains appear in Sindel's ending, and they look very much like the dragon King's fighting form. Also, it was said that Onaga twisted Reptile into his own image. ALSO, in Deception's opening Quan Chi had no problem recognizing Onaga "No! This cannot be!" so I think this clears everything up.
In some Vampire movies, they use blood to resurrect a destroyed vampire. I imagine the dragon's blood was used in a similar fashion, thus restoring the Dragon King to full life.
I like the fact that Shinnok is actually worried about Shao Kahn. It makes Kahn look as though he is still one to be feared.

What would you have done differently? They had to start his bio from where his story ends in MK:D there aren't a great many options.

The fan-service continues onward, if however slooooooowly. Nonetheless, FINALLY the IMO single biggest dangling plot thread from Deception is resolved, with said resolution in hindsight being forehead slappingly obvious. Nightwolf's ending really should have been a close second behind Sindel's ending as to the reason for Onaga and Reptile separating, and in retrospect I can't believe I never entertained that possibility before.
All this is well and good, but now more than ever I'm looking forward to Reptile's bio, and reading about the aftermath of his separation/re-evolution. What's his intelligence like now? Does he now recall how he was used by a throng of "masters" in the past? And how did he seemingly fall in with the Red Dragon?
All this and more on the next exciting installment of MK Armageddon bios: salvaging the mythos, one loose end at a time. Even if it's taking longer than getting a root canal.

Probably the best bio along with Sonya's. Fixed alot of problems.
If only Midway were like this with Rain(too short) and Jarek(crap).

Maybe the reason I missed that part was because I was too fucking bored with the damn bio by the time I got to that part. I wasn't paying attention to what I was reading, while thinking "I can't wait until this crap is over,".
Why the hell would the body be bloody then if it was a decayed corpse? Plus how they describe Shao Kahn as a "hated enemy" is just childish.
The bio sucks, the game sucks, Onaga sucks, Vogel sucks, and Shao Kahn sucks. I have lost all my respect for Mortal Kombat. Each bio that comes out I hate the game more and more.
Now go ahead, tell me how I shouldn't come here anymore if I don't like it. Because, ya know, I get hurt when people insult me over the internet.
Simple, think about what the fuck you are going to do in the future before you pull some bullshit out of your ass. I can't wait to read how Hsu Hao and all the others came back now.

i really liked this. one of the best so far. and i think this combined three endings from deception; shujinko had gathered the warriors kn the dragon kings chamber and combined their powers to weaken him enough for sindel to separate his body from his soul, and nightwolf then bound his soul to the rune in the netherrealm , where he was found by shinnok who released hiim.

Well, since you think everything sucks, why bother with it? You seem to have made up your mind that nothing good is going to come from this.
There would be blood on the body because, I'm guessing, they poured the dragon's blood ever the bones and remained as the layers of flesh and muscle formed. He hates Shao Kahn....what do you want him to say? "My good pal Shao Kahn"?
How exactly is this pulling BS from their behinds? Onaga was defeated in a joint ffort by Shujinko and Nightwolf. He's trapped in Hell. Shinnok strikkes a deal with him that he accepts, his soul gets transported back to the original corpse and is restored to life. It's a plausable explanation. It's a lot better than him just showing up out of nowhere.
And no, I'm not going to bother telling you not to come back to the site. You're free to do whatever you want, I guess, but, you yourself come off looking somewhat childish with "this sucks, and that sucks and this characters sucks and the mk team sucks".

It's more childish say "the bio sucks, the game sucks, onaga sucks, vogel sucks and shao kahn sucks". If everything sucks, why bother about it? Or simply, you only want that some n00b flaming you to justify your adversion about MK? Because this is more f'n childish than the "everything sucks except me, because my nick is with 2 m, m of marvelous & m of McDonals"

This is not Sindel who separated Onagas body and soul... Or there is no mention of it... :/
