I'm waiting for queve to log on and complain that the trailer showcased Sub-Zero and Scorpion, and not Sonya.

This is amazing! Can't wait to see more. I'd love to see a Kitana vs. Mileena trailer next, it's always Sub-Zero vs. Scorpion. Yeah, i know they're the most famous, but it's a bit boring every new MK game we get it's always about them when they announce it.

Subby and Skorpy are the poster boys, so I doubt they would ever release a mk trailer which doesnt involve them.

I am thinking that this subzero is the first one not the one who turned cyber.. possibility that noob got his humanity back some how.. other wise.. i am lost as to why he would be human... plus he doesn't look at all like the subzero who got turned cyber.. "with the scar over his eye".. so yea.. that's my input..

Maybe the storyline will sort of have a nemesis feature to it,

Sub-Zero being revived to fight Scorpion who has gone rogue

Liu Kang being revived as the Netherrealms champ to fight Kai


I'm sure there are other nemesis/rival revive possibilities, but those are the only ones that come to mind right now.

Scorpion is literally the logo of the studio and Sub-Zero is the most popular character. No surprise of character choices. I don't expect the current-gen game to look like that but it can look damn close. Nothing there makes it look outrageously better then Killzone or Arkham Knight and this is a fighter that only has to focus on a few characters at a time.

I'm not really digging that outfit design from Scorpion....I hoped for a more MK Trilogy style Scorpion though...but we'll see

Eh, just seems it's using the Injustice environmental usage. So far nothing nothing seems to be new. But I know it give it time.

Am I the only one thinking Sub Zero looks like a whitewalker? The ice spreading through the forest, the reveal of his figure, his eyes that were glowing. What was up with that lol

First off, Sub-Zero looks awesome in this trailer, but same fucking old story again; Sub-Zero fights Scorpion and gets his ass ripped open. Sound familiar? We've been seeing this shit throughout 2010/11 a million times. Something a little more original would have been appreciated.

Oh well, bring on the gameplay.

I wouldn't call it a stargate, just looks like some kind of iced over structure, almost like a small bridge or something.

It looks like they're keeping it on a 2D plain, thank god for that. I love this trailer, they're I watch it the better it gets.
