2015 seems so far away..

First impressions.
Love the visual style, reminds me of the old MK4 TV commercial.
Scorpion and Sub Zero, MKs ken and ryu, remain in the game.
Sub Zero apparently de-cybered (is that even a word?), glad to see that.
Costumes are freshened up but retain that classic feel. another positive.
Loved the twin harpoons from Scorpion.
Music was shite, but thats highly unlikely to be in the final game anyway.
This first trailer reveals nothing plot wise, but the whole visual style is very reminiscent of MK4, so im going to stick my neck out and say this is a remake of the mk4 timeline, Shinnok invasion et al.
Really hope we get some DA and Deception characters in there though, especially Havik and Hotaru.
Will be interesting to see how many completely new characters we get this time around too.

Relooking at MK9's character designs, like Scorpion, made me really want them to lessen the shit they put all over the characters. Scorpion was too over designed. Don't get me started on Scorpion's Injustice designs, Jim Lee fucking sucks. It keeps making me smile how well they got the designs in the new trailer.

That background might be one of the coolest backgrounds I've seen in a fighting game. It's simple, yet gorgeous. It's dark and eerie, but not over the top. The level of detail is perfect.

If the real thing even comes close to that trailer, I'll be a happy camper.

So I guess they're just brushing that whole Sub-Zero cyborg thing aside huh...what a waste. I was hoping for some kind of Adam Jensen Darth Vader design. Oh well it's good to know that it's likely almost all the dumb shit that happened in the last game was completely pointless.

Crap i don't want to be hyped for this but damn it I watched the trailer and...I can already feel it starting.

The people who worked on the trailer were probably indifferent in who was to win, but Ed Boon's never-ending erection for Scorpion knocked them all to the ground and forced them to make Scorpion the victor.

I like the never-ending war between Scorpion and Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat... it's like an epic recurring nightmare!

Both karakters look very good, better than ever before!! The new MK10 trailer is too magical, I love it.

I'm mad that Tekken is associated with a legendary veteran artist like Snoop Dogg, while Mortal Kombat gets the Wiz Flopofia newbie. Oh well. It is an improvement over the Adema mess in Deadly Alliance.

I look forward to this new MK game. It is the most fantastic and grandiose fighting game of all times. The tradition continues.

I've been calling it "MK EX" but I don't wanna be seen as a damn fool now do I.

God... Now I'll be thinking about what that multiple versions of each character thing is going to mean.

Will it be outfits only? Or will it be timeline versions? Or will it be style versions ala Marvel vs Capcom series?

Will that mean special moves divided amongst different versions of the same character? I hope that's not an excuse to give characters less moves or crowd the select screen. Then again... *head explodes*
