Wouldn't be a good idea to have Ferra on her own.
Maybe if someone had made a fighting game which only includes midgets, then yes.
*Midget Kombat* Lol

She could take on Billy "The Imp" Tattoo from Thrill Kill.

Jeez what is with you people? Every character has to be a standalone playable at some point eh? Tremor, No Face, Hydro, Art freaking Lean! And now a character who is already a playable character. She may not be the one we're making throw most of the punches but we still have some control over her.
Jeez I really did learn to be one of those cynical bitter MK fans through my run of hanging around here in 2010 and 11...gotta try to knock that off.

Calm down, guy. Want a lolly? Durr yuh guhrrr.
Seriously though, no. The character(s) work(s) fine as is.
Nah, "midget" characters are always highly annoying in fighting games (see Yoda or Gon). The type of character only trolls determined to make the battle as joylessly unplayable as possible use. Being forced to use only low attacks against a tiny character pecking at you is just tedious and frustrating.
