MK9 wasn't a remake of MK1-3,
so I wouldn't get too vested in the idea that MK10 will be MK4-2.

It will have elements, yes,
but you can be pretty certain it's going to diverge *quite* a bit
with most of the "good guys" being in Hell and all.
There also can't be a Deadly Alliance as-is,
as Shang Tsung did not survive MK9.

Wait Mk 3 was the best looking and fastest game of the series. Personally my favorite but anyway...
I liked the look of mk 4 but i think deadly alliance is when it started going down hill. Arguably the 2nd fastest game of the series
I think they should have stuck with real character models and added more frames per character with individual fighting styles.

deadly alliance took a wierd turn and people started to hate the new characters they were coming up with. All the 3d faces in my opinion looked really bad

On topic MK 4 was the reason I left the series for many years. I just wasn't up to par with other fighting games of the era. But I highly doubt MK10 will be anything like it other than story wise.

Are you fucking joking? MK4 was awesome. Special Forces, MK Advance and Mythologies didn't help neither. That's why they were on a 2 year(?) hiatus

I think it maybe like MK4 but this time with different twists like Earth Realm may lose to Shinnok or Shinnok kills Quan Chi so he wont be betrayed as he was at the end of MK4 plus Ermac will help free the fallen heros since they are now in "Hell" and under the control of Shinnok.
