Honestly? A safe choice to reveal like Kenshi or Johnny Cage. That would disappoint me only because I want a real surprise here. Or Reptile/Mileena.

I won't lie though Gameplay/Fatality would still turn it around like it did with Kano and Raiden.

Batman as a guest character.

- Johnny or Sonya since they're incredibly obvious

- Any MK1-MK3 character who isn't Kung Lao or Nightwolf

- A fucking guest character. I never even considered this to be a possibility until someone pointed it out, but if it's a guest character, I will be so upset. I remember waiting for the reveal trailer for the last DLC character in MK9, only to find out it was Freddy Krueger. That was one of the most disappointing moments of my life. This time, if I wait through multiple months of getting no information only for the payout to be a guest character, it will be 20x worse.

I think this is my answer as well. I'm excited to see anyone, though.

Sonya, Johnny or Liu Kang. I want a 3D era character, preferably a female one since it's been a while since they revealed one.

Any of the MK 1-3 era characters. They're old, they're stale, they're done, they need to be thrown in the trash where they belong like stale donuts.

But, if it is indeed a useless excuse for a warrior who got croaked by sindel in the last game, I will go completely apeshiz.

Sorry, but I'm not a nostalgia driven retard like some in the fandom. Those, who want MK 1-3 characters in every game should just not buy any more new MK games but instead fire up ye olde NES, pop in MK Trilogy and beat off and leave the rest of us alone.

However I do like Mileena.

Mileena is the only "classic" I really care about.

Besides her the characters should all be new except Scorpion and Sub Zero in every game just to bring in the sales.

I mean, I'd be content with anyone, at least it's something new. Plus, everyone's looking fantastic and fun so far, and I'll try playing with everyone regardless because you just never know!

However, the characters that I'm LEAST interested in seeing atm?

*The Guest*, Sonya, Johnny Cage, Kenshi, Jax, Sheeva, Shao Kahn, Liu Kang, Baraka, Stryker, Li Mei, Sindel, Jarek, Frost, Sareena, Kira, Kobra, aaaaand Darrius.

Tanya would be very disappointing. Anyone else is pretty much fine.

Someone like Goro, Kintaro, or any of those monster characters that are predictable. To be honest even new ones for that matter, I prefer a recognizable character, maybe one that's from the 3D era.

Anyone else from MK1. Dying to see literally any other era characters represented.

Any guest character, or a character already in MK9. Unless it was Jade or Smoke, since they are my favorites.

It's hard to say, because NRS made a character I have never been a fan of (Kano) look pretty awesome, im still not a fan, but he looks pretty cool in this game, so there is always that chance that they could make a character I normally wouldn't be thrilled about pretty awesome.

Another character I do not want back for this one anyways is Sindel. I am still mad at her for killing most of the roster off of the other game.

Let me explain. I know that other ninjas will possibly be included in MKX. I would just like a little more variety in the reveals.

Since we already know of 2 ninjas, why not give us something else. Personally, I'm hoping for a new character.

amen, NRS can make you love an unpopular character like Stryker, but hate a popular character like Sindel. Hate her to this day because of MK9. Never even bothered to play her until the CT forced her upon me.

I am hoping for a new character. Ed Boon is all new this and next generation that, so hopefully after a new year, we can get a brand new character. If not, I will try not to complain. Hope the online info makes up for it.

I believe we're already past the most predictable characters being revealed with the confirmation of Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden and Quan Chi, but still, it'd be hugely disappointing if Jax was the next to be revealed (unless he was a revenant, perhaps), and a little if it was Kenshi, Liu Kang, Kung Lao or Shang Tsung, even though I do like the latter three, while Kenshi's alright (but also overrated).

You could add Kratos and Jago to that list if console-exclusive guests were on the cards, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Still, like Jago, any guest who wouldn't stand out much in a MK game, like Ryu Hayabusa, would be underwhelming.

Also, while I like Johnny, Cyrax, Sektor and a lot of the popular MK2 characters, they wouldn't be the most unexpected reveals, save for Jade, Baraka, and Smoke in MK2's case.

Trust me, that's not happening.
