Who would disappoint you if they are the next reveal?

After a 3 month drought of character reveals, we're finally getting one in the 2nd of January.

I, for one, am pretty damned excited. The possibilities of who this new character could be are almost limitless when it comes to the world of MK. Still, I can't shake this sinking feeling that the next reveal will be a character that I've really never cared for.

I realize that they've done a hell of a job with the characters so far, I mean, look at Kano, but usually there's a dud character in every game. One that doesn't quite measure up to the rest. For me, that character is Sheeva.

Who would you be disappointed to see as the next reveal after this 3 month hiatus?

I hope the reveal is Sheeva! I really like her. For me the reveal that would disappoint me would be another classic ninja reveal. As much as I like the ninjas, I want a more diverse roster.

Another ninja reveal would kinda upset me, too. As for Sheeva, I could never get into her character or play style.

Honestly, either Johnny or Sonya. Not because I dislike them, mind you (well, except for Johnny, but a more serious Seidan-trained Johnny might change that), but because their inclusion is pretty much a foregone conclusion.

I'd rather have someone revealed that isn't nearly certain to be in the game. I'd like a surprise.

But all things considered, Johnny or Sonya wouldn't be so bad. A more serious JC might make me start to like the character, and I'd applaud NRS if they had a middle-aged and graying Sonya in one of her variations. I've been itching to use another old broad in a fighting game for a while (besides Ivy and Sindel).

I'll be happy as long as we get a reveal trailer showing the variations and not just scans from a magazine. That would be pretty lame after 3 months of nothing.

Literally no one.

And it's not like there's characters I don't hate. I can't stand Rain and Tanya, but I wouldn't get angry or disappointed if they're revealed. NRS can make anyone likeable with the right gameplay and story. Or even universally hated characters like Kobra or Darrius, couldn't disappoint me.

As long as we are getting SOMETHING, I'm excited. They could show off Reptiles 's new magical disappearing wiener move and I'd still be thrilled because of this silence were in.

I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't be slightly disappointed with any returnee except for Baraka and Havik. Mainly because it would lower their chances of making the cut.

Plus we haven't seen a brand new character since the game was announced, so I'd love to see someone new.
