Who do you think will be the 'Rain' of MKX? The heavily requested, slightly obscure cult character who, like back in 2010, Boon and NRS seemed to add as DLC to appease the vocal fans?

Honestly, who knows. Maybe one of the new characters unveiled will have some type of Water element based attacks.

But for rain.

Sub-Zero/Raiden that's really the only two who share the similarities.

Nothing will be as big as Raingate 2011 (good times...good times)
Now, different people want different characters in MKX as opposed to everyone coming together and wanting Rain so as to complete the trilogy era characters in MK9.

3D-era character, for sure.

BTW, I'm not a Rain fan, but I think he should've been in the main roster. Big mistake from NRS imo.
