Who wants more MKX behind the scenes footage?

I really appreciate how NRS shows us what goes on behind the scenes and what it takes to make such a great game like this. It's so intriguing to me. What about you guys?

Also I figured that this could be the official thread (or another one, whatever works) to post the links to all of the videos of what we've seen so far (Mokaps for story mode, sound effects etc.) You know, so that it's all in one place. Plus I'd do it myself but I simply don't know how and I'm also on my phone (assuming that, that is an obstacle).

I'd love to see how they make the characters move and fight with so much authenticity and style e.g. Erron black toting them revolvers Takeda wielding those whips and that sort of thing. Who were the people behind that? Seriously whoever played Erron Black is a freakin beast with them guns/props!

Am I the only one wondering these things? Let's discuss, post and speculate!

Yes! Great to hear that I am not the only one.

It would be awesome to see how they came up with the characters and how the animation works. I would definitely love to see how those fatality meetings that they have toss around ideas.

Oh yes! Fatality meeting footage is definitely a MUST. Glad you brought it up! I bet they have a blast at those meetings! I could just imagine all of the "what's wrong with you dude?"s and the laughter lol. Perhaps even awkward silences for really disturbing ideas? Show us!

I want to see an extended view from concept to working model of a stage and a character. And not a 5 minute video, but more in depth where you really can see and "learn" the process.
I can find tutorials about modelling, texturing, photoshop, ... easily. But that whole in dept process thing always seems to be a "secret".

I'm trying to make a "simple" fighting game myself. And although it's not that hard to learn the individual stuff, it's hard to find something to put it all together. Because now I'm always wondering, "how much poly's does this need to be". "If I want to do this with the character/stage, what do I have to make sure is included", ... .

And I don't know about the US, but over here you can't follow such courses. And even if you could, the quality of the courses here are severely lacking in that department.

I'd like to see how the voice acting works especially if it's a practice run of a conversation of a very important MKX Story scene.

Way before they announced the KEs, I was really hoping there would be a behind the scenes DVD included.

Since it wasn't, I'm now hoping they included quite a bit of them as unlockable Krypt content.

Anyone remember that MKD Ermac cinematic bio? Yeah. Let's make that happen.

I would absolutely love to see mocap and voice acting sessions.

Make it happen, NRS.
We almost always get behind the scenes stuff. We`ve gotten it since waaaaaaay back in the day.

It`s always nice to see the hard work, and fun of the REAL stars of MK.

Kinda of topic, but I hope we get to see Ed Boon in at least one of the remaining Kombat Kasts.

Or a promotional video where Ed talks about MKX. It's just another level when he talks about MK.

Exactly. I find it fascinating to see the process of how all the hard work and raw talent that these people have come together to create such a great game. It would be really inspiring to have them put a really good, in depth documentary.

Me too! I was crossing my fingers that they would include a blu Ray/ dvd with behind the scenes footage... But was left disappointed. I too still hold hope that they throw in some cool videos as unlockable extras in the crypt. Perhaps some cool, funny videos? Anybody remember cooking with scorpion? Hilarious!
