Who thinks Mortal kombat should have rivalry scenes?

It would be cool to have rivalry scenes. like sonya blade meets up with kano in battle and they say things to eachother, like cool scenes. Since there are so many rivalrys between the fighters why not make them more alive. tongue

I ALWAYS wanted that! Since MK1!!! I always thought after mirror there shoukd have been a "nemesis" battle!!!

Especially now... that pretty much every character has a nemesis!
I'd love to see the Tanya vs. Jade one, or Mileena vs. Baraka

Sounds like Destined Battles from SC2.

As well as Stage's 4, 7 and 8 from T5's story mode.

We could have a whole bunch of interesting scenes for this idea. Certain characters would have to be in more than one video depending on what character you play as.

Kung Lao and Goro (Kung Lao's Scene)
Liu Kang and Shang Tsung (Shang Tsung's Scene)
Kitana and Mileena (Mileena's and Kitana's Scene)
Jade and Tanya (Jade and Tanya's Scene)
Sonya and Kano (Sonya and Kano's Scene)
Scorpion and Noob Saibot ( Scorpion's Scene)
Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot ( Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot's Scene)

I had suggested this idea in another thread. I always thought it was strange that the storylines of certain characters were so deeply involved yet the chances of meeting that person in arcade mode was based purely on chance. My idea was to have the character have a rival battle before the sub-boss with a cut-scene afterwards. These rival battles could be made canon for one of the warriors (which would make things nice since its always nice to know more about mk's storyline).
