Both look good, but still way too much trying to appeal to creepy males who want to see sexy female character models in games.

Mileena, for once she looks straight up evil instead of the tarkatan whore uniforms she wore in the past.

If we're talking the main costumes we've been presented with thus far: Mileena, hands down. I hate Kitana's stupid pantaloon legging things.

As far as alts, no telling yet.

I just want to say I am blown away by how the ladies are looking super awesome in this game. I'm going to go with Kitana's but Mileena's is not far behind. Kitana's costume just has a lot of details on it that perfectly conveys the many aspects of her character, like the OP stated. I see royalty, warrior, and assassin with her costume. I think NRS nailed making her look elegant yet still threatening.

Mileena, too, is just stunning. I like that she finally looks like a serious threat and not just relying on her looks. It's like NRS realized that Mileena can't rely on body all the time to make her appealing so now they're trying something different and it's paying off. Mileena looks amazing. My only gripe is her top looks too plain. I love every aspect of her outfit, from the armor additions to the shade of pink they chose for her this time. I just wished the top had some more details on it, but I undestand where NRS is coming from. I do get the "outworld" vibe they're going with for Mileena, whereas Kitana is more detailed because she's from a high culture civilization (or at least that's how Edenia was always being depicted).

Both look astonishing , and actually you can tell that they're siblings this time around ... i prefer Kitana's a bit more, cause they've depicted all the aspects of her character ... Mileena is more like a raw, ruthless version of herself, which suits her well...

Both are my favorite to date for each character.

Kitana looks like an actual ninja assassin badass. I love it.

And Mileena look menacing. I love how her hair is down and the mask looks terrific.

Oh man, it's tough.. but I'm going with mileena.

Both really do look superb but I seriously can't choose. They're both kind of unexpected design choices especially with Mileena her wearing so much. I think I like the design of Mileena's more but Kitana's has the better aesthetic.

Kitana by far

First and foremost, both look absolutely brilliant!

I gotta go with Kitana though, I'm just blown away with how they pulled off such a great design that combines all the Kitana aspects so well. The costume is just a bit more interesting than Mileena's and stands out a bit more.

Though, Mileena looks absolutely fantastic too! I actually prefer this look over her MKD look. That one was very stylish, but this one looks more menacing and functional. She was so awesome in that story mode trailer.

These two absolutely rock in this game! Long live the sisters!

Who knows, maybe at some point they even team up for at least for a brief moment to take down the common enemy. Would love to see them fight side by side in at least one scene. You never know...

I like them botch. NRD did great job when it came to designing all costumes, our fighters have never looked better.

While I love Kitana's outfit, the bottom half looks a little awkward - especially with her fighting stance.

Mileenas by far. Kitana's outfit just don't look good to me.

I prefer Kitana's. Her costume is exactly what I've wanted to see from her for years, it's perfection.

I'm not actually crazy about Mileena's new look. I can see that there's definetly a more Outworld influence on her costume than before, but I think what's throwing me off it is her hair (short haired Mileena never done it for me, she looks great with a bit of length). :/ The best she ever looked was in MK:D.

If this costume had the hair she had in her primary costume for Deception, it would be a very hard decision between the two. But Kitana wins this one because I can't find anything wrong with her look at all.

Both look fantastic but I have to say the nods to Shao Kahn in Mileena's costume put it over the top for me.

They both look fantastic IMO but im really digging Mileena's new costume quite a bit.

Great point you bring up.

Maybe Kitana sides with Kotal Kahn and Mileena turns to Quan Chi when everything looks lost. That would be a great way for these two assassins to square off one more time.

Not sure how it will happen, but I am positive that Kahn's "daughters" will go one on one in MKX. Which will most likely result in Kitana defeating her evil clone, again.
