No, everyone who is new to this site needs to read the rules. That way, they won't get skulled and get completely confused. Becuase then htey are going to post a thread that doesn't belong in the page about why they ahve a skull.

And that way you won't have people who are used to this site won't suffer flooded pages filled with pointless noob-like questions.
