Mortal Kombat 2: The Tenth One.

I think Mortal Kombat X is a good name to go with. If not, whatever the theme of the new game would be ( i.e Deadly Alliance, Deception or Armageddon). But I wouldn't be upset if they just called it Mortal Kombat 2, which I know they won't do for obvious reasons.

I doubt Mortal Kombat Devastation would happen seeing as that was the working title for the sequel to Annihilation that never happened. However, knowing how Ed Boon and his team works, it wouldn't surprise me if they did it for that reason.

Whatever year it comes out, that's what they will use. Look back at the last game, it's called....MK 2011. If it was to come out next year, it will probably be called MK 2015.

Just to clarify, it is not called Mortal Kombat 2011. The reason that a lot of websites have the 2011 at the end is to decipher the difference between that Mortal Kombat and the original that came out in 1992. However, the name of it is just Mortal Kombat, not MK 2011.

If it would be Mortal Kombat 2, a year wouldn't be required after the title because our previous "second Mortal Kombat" was Mortal Kombat II.
Mortal Kombat X is a good choice. It would be the first MK with a Roman numeral officially after the last "2nd MK" and people prefer this name.

I like MKX the best now.

I think that's a boring title. MK9 cover was pretty much saying 'Fire Vs Ice'. I think for MK10, Fire and Ice should work together in some way, shape or form.
