I perosonally do not understand why 'earthrealm' is so desired by the netherrealm and outworld. Shouldn't they be battling over Edenia?

But I always wished there were two evils, Outworld and Netherrealm, at wars with each other.

Possibly has something to do with Earthrealmers being so easily corruptible (just my onion).

Or just lust for power drives Shao Kahn et al to want as many realms as possible, no matter what.

I think maybe it got it wrong before. Raiden and Earth Vs. Goro and Outworld Vs. Quan Chi and the Netherrealm.

Well there's technology, but I don't really see where Outworld or Netherrealm would find that useful. Unless Outworld still has some firepower thanks to Kano.

I think the rulers of Outworld and Netherrealm are like a lot of Earth Realm leaders and dictators: greedy and thirsty for power. However, I think coming from war torn Outworld and MKs version of the fictitious HELL that greed and lust for power is amplified to almost insanity.
