Very old news and that design looks horrible. I'm suprised so many of you like it.

I like it. I mean it isnt great but its cool. Looks like he got his ass kicked by Scorp a bit and his amulet is definately gone.

There's just too much going around his custume and it lacks symmetery which bothers me. E.g Why does he have a glove on one arm but not the either? I just think he's other appearances look alot better than this mess. Plus, his pants look to tight.

I actually love how he only has one glove in one hand while the other one is surrounded by disgusting flies 'cause of the severed flesh of his hand.

Chaos, degredation. Like something particularly wicked is taking over the most mighty and cunning of sorcerors. I see it as both a fall from grace, and a rise to immense power. This design has a lot going for it, although it would require a pretty drastic twist to his storyline. I look at him and I see something similar to what the doctor character in Event Horizon went through after experiencing hell.

But there's something unsettling about that too. I mean of all people, I would think Quan Chi would be the last to succumb to this kind of chaos. Maybe hundreds of years of the blackest of witchcraft does that to a man.

Quan Chi is a nilihit that pratice neomancy. SO him looking fucked up is a good thing.

I mostly like the design, my only minor complain is that his feet seem a bit too small. I don't mind him not having a glove on his left arm, but I'd prefer if the left side of the torso was covered just like the right side. He is more vulnerable the way he is now. But hey, maybe he lost both, the glove and that piece of clothing on the left side of the torso in the battle, 'cause he sure looks like he just survived a nasty battle.

Costume colors are great, I think, and I really like the injuries on his body and the pale skin.

Still, his MK4 design remains my favorite, but this one is quite good too.

An understandable argument. But tis not fullproof until we actually see him. yes they dont usually waste costumes.

lets remember that MK vs DC depicts the characters included in their most trademark appearance and the costume they are known for. Its to be the most Iconic characters. Raiden wasnt "dark Raiden" so theres no reason to believe mkvsdc will carry over to the main series if it already failed to do so.

I love that look for quan and would not argue one bit if it were implimented. But until we know more about the game, its impossible to tell.
